Jungkook's POV

We continued to talk to each other for several weeks at the coffee shop and through text messaging.

One day (y/n) asked me to the movies.

"Movies?" I question her, surprised.

"Yeah, my brother got tickets to that new one coming out for tonight, but his best friend is sick. So he gave the tickets to me." She rocks back and forth on her heels like a child. So cute.

"Sure." I smile brightly. "We can't waste those tickets."

Her face brightens at my agreement.

Should I take her home tonight?

"When should we meet up?"

"I could pick you up, if you like." I suggest. I can see where she lives.

"Pick me up?" She blushes slightly. "You can pick me up around 6. I'll text you my address."

Tink. My phones alerts me of a text message. Tink-Tink. Tink. Tink.

I unlock my phone and check it.

My Sunshine>

A few days ago

Me: can you get UTOPIA  cleaned up? That last one made a big mess.
Me: I'll give you 1 grand.

My  Sunshine: You can literally give me a pizza, and I'll still do it
My Sunshine: but you still owe me a grand

Me:  😒whatever
Me: do you want pizza tho

My Sunshine: Yaaaassss, bish, yaaassss

Today

My Sunshine: Okay bro, all done!
My Sunshine: I expect my pizza hot and delicious.
My Sunshine: I repeat.
My Sunshine: UTOPIA is ready... and i expect my grand soon.

I quickly type a response.

Me: don't you worry. I'll get your pizza and money.

"Do you wanna catch dinner after or before the movie?" (y/n) asks as she puts away her phone.

"We should have it after. It be a nice conversation piece."

"That's a good idea." (y/n) chuckles. Her eyes bright and shiny.

—————

I arrived at her house. It was gray with a red door and gigantic. I give a friendly honk to let her know I'm here. Someone opens the door. It was (y/n) and a guy a about her age. He waves her goodbye after giving her a tight hug.

Jealousy burns into my core. Relax, that could be her cousin for all you know!

I plaster on a smile as she hops in the car. She was wearing a black skirt, showing off a hand's worth of her skin above her knee, with long black socks like the ones I draw her in with her school uniform, and yellow sweater that reaches to her elbows. She also had a simple gold necklace and a matching set of earrings. Her hair was pulled back into a beautiful complex braid.
