Jisung's POV- At Jisung's House

"What do you mean that creep 'might not be the kidnapper'? That creep is definitely it! I feel it in my bones!" I slam my hands down on the table. Chan forced me to sit back down.

"That's enough, Jisung." Chan scolds. "Sorry, Detective Park. You were saying?"

The detective clears his throat. "We got that warrant based on your 'feelings', but we found nothing. We interviewed Jungkook's roommate and his friend he was supposed to meet up with. Both point to the same direction as that phone call- Jungkook was kidnapped alongside (Y/N)."

I protest. "Jungkook is lying! I swear! Those idiots are in on it!"

"Excuse us." Chan grabs my wrist and drags us out into the hallway. "You need to cool it or go somewhere else. These guys know what they are doing! They can't pin someone for kidnapping if there's no evidence to suggest otherwise- especially if that evidence is pointing more at them being kidnapped themselves!"

"Fine!" I throw up my hands. "I'll take a walk." I glare daggers at my Hyung. "I'll be back later."

I grab a jacket and storm outside. The sun is about to break through the horizon.

Why won't they believe me? I know it! Could it be twin telepathy? No, that's not a thing... Or is it? In whatever case, Chan is right. I better cool down. It's not helping anybody. They may even start to get suspicious of me because I keep pushing that's it Jungkook- which it is- but, whatever.

I walk to the park and sit down on the first bench I see. "(Y/N)," I whisper, my eyes squeezed shut. "Please give me a sign that you are still alive. That Felix is still alive. Please."

A man runs past me with a bouquet. Two green roses fall out as he pumps his arms.

Green roses?

I pick them up to return them to the man, but he's long gone now.

Why would someone have green roses?

I walk around some more, holding the roses close to me.

What do green roses even mean?

I quickly search it up. "The most significant and popular meaning of the green rose is fertility. Green symbolizes richness, abundance, and bounty; green roses are thereby a sign of plenty. Green is life, abundant growth, and constant rejuvenation of the spirit. It signifies cheerfulness and new beginnings." I whisper to myself. "Wait, green is life!" I smile, hopeful.

---

"CHAN!!!" I burst through the door. "CHAN! I GOT A SIGN!!!"

"Chan went out to get us some food." Woojin enters the entryway. "What sign are you talking about?"

"I asked for a sign if they are still alive- and BAM! GREEEEEN ROOOSESSS!!!!" I shove the flowers right in front of his face.

Woojin moves my hand, doubtful. "Look, I'm glad you are being positive about this- don't get me wrong, I'm being positive about this too- but I think you are grasping at straws right now."

My blood begins to boil. "What?"

Woojin shrugs. "This isn't some plot where there's a convenient 'sign' drops out of nowhere. Trust me, I hope they're alive, but these flowers don't confirm it."

"Are you kidding me?" I raise my voice. Minho comes over to see what's happening.

"Hey- what's going on here?" Minho moves between me and Woojin.
