The Mysterious Boy [An Ash / Pokemon Story]

~Disaster Coming Pretty Soon~

Lillie's POV

The two mega evolved Pokemons stood apart from each other magnificently, they are so cool to watch, we're surprised that this boy has mega stone, and I can't believe I mistook a champion for an ordinary teacher.

"I'll make the first move, Gardevoir, Psychic!" Diantha commanded her Mega Gardevoir.

"Slam your tail on the ground, cancel the Psychic by throwing rocks at Gardevoir." Ash also commanded his Mega Sceptile in a calm manner, I can't believe he's really that calm even if he is battling a champion.

Gardevoir was about to use Psychic on Sceptile when Sceptile suddenly slammed his tail on the ground, making rocks fly, and slap it's tail on the rocks and aimed it at Gardevoir.

"Psychic on the rocks! Nevermind Sceptile!" Diantha commanded as she twisted her plan, Gardevoir didn't mind Sceptile and used Psychic on the rocks, cancelling it from going any further, but after dropping the rocks, Sceptile was gone.

"No way he can do 'that' too!" Diantha exclaimed as she realized that it is gone. Gardevoir was looking around, she can't really find Sceptile, so she closed her eyes and focused herself on finding Sceptile.

"Gardevoir, try to find Sceptile and use Moonblast!" She commanded Gardevoir, Gardevoir nodded and then continued on what she was doing. She kept on closing her eyes until...

"There! Moonblast!" She yelled as she pointed out the found Mega Sceptile. Gardevoir quickly acted and then fired the Moonblast to it, Sceptile was caught off guard and then was hit by it, I think that was pretty super effective, having that Dragon Type from it seems to make it a type disadvantage.

I looked at the boy, but he seems to be so very calm and smirking, I raised an eyebrow and looked back at Sceptile, but it was gone.

"Agh! Moonblast everywhere!" She said as the whole battlefield was covered by a lot of Sceptiles, probably Double Team. So the Sceptile that was hit a while ago was a clone, too smart.

"Repel those Moonblasts with Leaf Blade" he commanded as he smirked, Sceptile did what he was told and it, together with it's clones, charged at Gardevoir and used Leaf Blade towards Moonblast, it overpowered the move and Gardevoir was hit from it.

"That battle was incredible." Professor Sycamore said as he decided to stop the battle, he clapped his hand and then walked towards the two, the two mega evolved Pokemon reverted back to it's original form.
Diantha thanked her Gardevoir and so does Ash.

"Thank you for the wonderful battle Gardevoir, you did great." She said as she returned back her injured Pokemon.

"You were amazing Sceptile." He also praised Sceptile as Sceptile smirked and still kept his cool. I wonder how Ash raised his Pokemons. He returned it back from it's pokeball and looked at Diantha.

"Next time, it'll not be like this." Diantha said as she offered her hand to the boy, Ash accepted it and they shook hands.

"I'll be off now, Champion duties." She said as she waved a hand at us before taking off.
Well at least we get to see a battle with mega evolutions, it's not like everyday we can see it. And that was a pretty good opportunity for Professor Sycamore to research on.

Aria's POV

Phew, that was a pretty intense battle, at least I get to see a Psychic Pokemon, especially from the Champion, she has a really strong Gardevoir, I wish I can get one too.

It's my long time dream to have a Ralts, too bad it's too very hard to find. I may have to ask Palermo on where I can find Ralts, but maybe later.

And I'm so thankful for the battle because I really learned a lot, and it's not all about power, but strategy. Maybe I have to make my own strategy, as good as him, because those strategies I saw a while ago is uncommon.
