Third Person POV
As the two strong boys carried Hailey back to their base, she let her eyes relax and fall asleep. It wasn't a long sleep. She was rudely awoken by her feet hitting the solid groud beneath her. A yelp came from her mouth as her sore ankle felt the sudden pressure.

"Emilio! You can't just drop him! He's hurt remember" the boy still holding Hailey reminded him. Emilio rolled his eyes, not having any sympathy. "He's too heavy. Besides we're here"

He opened the double doors into the Leader's building. The unnamed boy continued to drag Hailey through the halls until they reached an empty room. She kept her eyes shut, not taking a peep at anything. Her body was lifted up onto a soft surface as the two boys continued discussing.

"We can't go and wake the Leader now, he'll kill us!"

"You dumbass we're not waking anyone up. You're gonna stay here until tomorrow. Keep your eyes on the boy"

"And where are you going?"

"I have better things to do then stay here and watch a prisoner. First thing tomorrow I'll go to the Leader and tell him the good news. For now just make sure everything is locked and that he doesn't escape, okay?"

There was silence then a door opening and shutting, signaling that someone had left the room. Hailey opened her eyes. The first thing she saw was the back of a boy's head. He had his hands over his face with his head tilted back slightly. It was the boy from earlier. This time there was light. She could see that this boy had brown hair, lightly tanned skin. She was right about his shoes though, messy and white.

He quickly turned around, frightening Hailey from the sudden movement. She took this time to look at his face in the light. He was gorgeous. He had the perfect blue eyes, perfect lips, perfect nose, perfect everything! Hailey couldn't stop herself from staring. The strange boy also couldn't stop staring at her. She looked very unique to him.

"Hey, uh, how is your heel?" He asked curiously. He walked over and sat down next to her foot. Hailey sat up, giving him some space. She nodded her head, telling him it was feeling okay. In reality it hurt like hell. "Do you mind if I look?" He said gazing into her eyes.

She nodded quietly. He reached out and held it gently. Hailey hissed and flinched in pain. "Hmm. Judging by the swelling and your reaction, it's not a good situation. I'm also not a doctor so I can't help you but maybe tomorrow I can get you medical help" he said with a reassuring smile.

Hailey thanked the boy for his willingness to help. She wasn't mad at him, or the other guy, for kidnapping her. That was the way things worked. It was evil but desperate times call for desperate measures. When Stealers from her group kidnapped someone from another group it would be celebrated. Especially if that person was in some way related to a Leader.

The room fell into an awkward quietness. Hailey wanted to make some small talk to keep herself busy for the time being. "So. Um. My name is Hailey. Your name is Emilio? Or was that the other dude?" The boy laughed. "It's the other dude. My name is Ivan," he informed her, "sorry about my brother, he's in a bad mood tonight"

Hailey shrugged it off. "Oh it's fine. I didn't guess that you were brothers though. I just thought he was maybe a friend or something" Ivan lifted one eyebrow in confusion. "You didn't know we were brothers? Are you blind?" Hailey didn't answer. They must've looked alike considering his shocked reaction. She changed the subject.

"What's your group name?" She said standing up. She limped across the room looking at the pictures on the walls. She noticed how clean this room looked, how professional. Her father's office was the same, it wasn't in ruins like the rest of te city. But Hailey didn't think this was a Leader's office, the two boys wouldn't be allowed there at this time. Plus it didn't look that sophisticated, it just looked like an average room from before the war.
