"Who closed this door?" He pointed at the door behind him.
"How're we s'posed to know? We're not s'posed to move, right?" Bender asked Vernon while he was staring at his hands folded on the desk.
"WHY?!" He basically screamed at Princess. Crap! She's gonna give Bender up! She jumped. She started opening and closing her mouth until she finally said something that shocked me.
"We were just sitting here like we were supposed to." Wow. I'm actually proud.
"Who closed the door?" He turned to me.
"They're not lying, sir. We were just sitting here, then, WHAM! The door closed by itself." I moved my hand in a slapping motioned when I said WHAM! I talk with my hands sometimes. He still didn't believe us.
"Who closed the door?" Oh no. Brian was being question. We're probably screwed. He looked at me. I gave him a look that said, "Please lie for Bender!"
"I think I screw fell out of it," Bender said.
"It just closed, sir," Andrew told him. Bender smiled to himself. No one was gonna turn him in.
"Who?!" He yelled to Allison. She just squeaked and slammed her head down. Her black hood on her hoodie was now covering her head.
"She doesn't talk, sir," I informed him. Vernon walked over to Bender and glared at him.
"Give me that screw."
"I don't have it," He told Vermon.
"You want me to yank you out of the chair and shake it outta ya?"
"I don't have it. Screws fall out all the time. The world as an imperfect place," Bender stated.
"That's so true," I mumbled.
"Shut up!" Vernon pointed at me and turned back to Bender. "Give it to me."
"Excuse me, sir, but why would anyone want to steal a screw?" Princess questioned him. I smirked at the thought of all of us helping Bender.
"Watch it young lady." Vernon was mad at all of us because he knows Bender all to well. Well, he only knows the school Bender. Not the house Bender. No one knows that kinda Bender. Vernon moved to the door. He kept on trying to find a way to hold the door open. He grabbed a folding chair to prop the door open with.
"The door's way to heavy, sir," Bender pointed out helpfully. Vernon ignored him like I knew he would and has his hands on his hips as he watched his "brilliant" plan fail.
"Dammit!" Vernon yelled on the other side of the door. We couldn't control our laughter no matter how hard we tried! Vernon walked back in and glared at the door.
"Andrew Clark!" Andrew looked up. "Get over here. Come on. Front and center." Vermon snapped his fingers impatiently. "Let's go!" Andrew got up and started walking towards Vernon. Bender that had to say something.
"Hey! How come Andrew gets to get up? If he gets up, we'll all get up!"
"It'll be anarchy!" I yelled looking at Bender while raising my arms up. He smirked at me and we went back to watching Vernon and Andrew moving a magazine rack in front of the door causing it to block the door.
"Ok watch-watch the magazines," Vernon told Andrew who was trying to get over the rack.
"It's out of my hands," Bender said to no one in particular. I looked at Andrew. I was trying not to laugh at him because he almost fell trying to get back in.
"That's very clever, sir, but what if there's a fire? I think violating fire codes and endangering the lives of children would be unwise at this juncture of your career, sir," Bender said to Vernon. Vermon looked at Andrew and started scolding him as if it was the jocks fault.
"Get this outta here for Goodness sake!" Andrew began to move the rack back to its original spot. What's the matter with you! Now come on!"
"Well, you know, the school comes equipped with fire exits at either end of the library," Brian informed us as he pointed to the direction of the fire exits.
"Show Dick some respect!" Bender scolded the nerdy teen. Vernon was pushing Andrew back to his seat.
"Go! Get back in your seat!" Vermon stood in front of the athlete's desk, "I expected more from a varsity letterman." Andrew stared at the vice principal, but his eyes and attention was all on Bender. "You're not fooling anyone, Bender. The next screw that falls out is gonna be you." As he started to leave Bender made a huge mistake
"Eat my shorts," Bender mumbled. Oh no. Vernon turned on his heels and walked over to Benders table.
"What was that?" He question. This is going to be interesting.
"Eat. My. Shorts."
"You just bought yourself another Saturday."
"I'm crushed."
"You just bought one more right there!"
"Well, I'm free the Saturday after that. Beyond that! I'm gonna have to check my calendar!"
"Good! Cause it will be filled! We'll keep going! Ya want another one? Say the word! Just say the word." Bender leaned back on his chair annoyed. "Instead of prison, you'll come here." Bender looked pissed off.
"No!" Of course John had to say something.
"I'm doing society a favor!"
"So?"
"That's another, one right now! I've got you for the rest of your natural born life if you don't watch your step. You want another one?" I thought it was over until Bender just HAD to say something.
"Yes," he said sarcastically.
"You got it! You got another one, right there! That's another one, pal!" Vernon was enjoying himself to much. I just wanted to punch him. I could tell Bender wanted to, too.
"Bender!" I turned to see the princess mouthed, "stop!" He noticed this, but...
"You through?" Vernon asked
"Not even close," Bender, sadly, answered.
Brian's P.O.V.
"Not even close," Bender answered. Sigh. I looked at Meloney. She was watching the scene happen I front of her. She was glaring at Bender with her beautiful blue eyes. I liked Meloney ever since I saw her freshman year walking down the hallways while air guitaring and singing 'Jessie's Girl'. I liked her because she stood out and didn't care what people would say when they saw her. I wish I could be like that. I went back to the argument between the two men.
"How many is that?" Vernon asked. Good thing I've been keeping count.
"7. Including the one you gave him when we forts got her and he asked you if Barry Manilow knew if you raid his wardrobe," I answered.
"That's 8," Mr. Vernon said.
"Excuse me, sir, it's seven," I corrected him.
"Shut up, peewee," Vernon snapped.
"Hey! He's only trying to help jackass!" I turned to face Meloney. I was shocked that she said that.
"You can join Mr. Bender next Saturday Ms. Strider," Vernon said smiling. When he turned around she spat on his back. He turned around and said, "That's another one young lady!" She just turned around after that and Vernon went back to Bender. "I got ya!" He walked backwards towards the door while making a rock n roll sign. "For 2 months, you're mine." And with that he walked out the door.
"SCREW YOU!!!" Bender and Meloney yelled at him when he left.
