Author's note: I'm sorry if the writing style changes a bit, I'll try my hardest to maintain the same writing style for this story !!! It's been around two years since I wrote the first two chapters. I told myself that I would publish the second chapter, which was made like a year ago, as soon as I had the motivation to continue writing this. Anyways I hope you enjoy!
- Alois POV -
"Yes your Highness" Claude says acting all smug. That asshole. Ugh, my head hurts and my stomach is growling now. Didn't Cecelia say that her butler would bring some food? It's been 3 hours. It would only take my servants a matter of seconds to prepare something. Maybe I should go explore this mansion. I mean might as well am I right?
As soon as I get off the bed my legs give out on me and I stumbled over the table next to the bed.
"BLOODY HELL, WHO PUTS A TABLE NEXT TO A BED GODDAMIT" I yelled as I try getting up from my fall.
"Well, it's not uncommon to have a small table next to a bed you know"
I look over to the door to see Cecilia standing there, smiling at me. she walks over to me and helps me up and carefully seats me up.
"You should be resting, I'm sure your fatigue after what's happened..."
Ummm, i need to approach her in some way so that I could possibly get close to Ciel. But how do I do that? Maybe trying to get to know her better? Of course she's get suspicious if I ask about her family or personal life right away... I need to develop a friendship with her first. Maybe asking her why she helped me in the first place, I could start off from there. "If I may ask, why did you decide to help me?"
She looks as if she's thinking of a reason. After about minute she finally speaks up. "I don't know, I guess I like helping others? Is there more of a reason than that?" She expresses while giving me a closed eye smile.
Wow... she's the complete opposite of Ciel. Wait, I'm not even sure if she really is his sister. That's the thing. But I can't really be straightforward and ask her right away. I need to form a trust with her. I'll try my luck...
"Well, thank you, that was very generous of you. Hopefully we can become friends. I've never really had any friends so it'd be nice having one" I say while grabbing her hands and gesturing her by pulling her to sit next to me in the bed.
She stares at me blankly before replying, " I guess a friend would be nice."
Right after she says that the glass windows shatters and a weird looking man enters the room.
"Hello there! I'm here for the blond one!<3"
