4. Date

Alex's p.o.v.
I can't believe I'm going on a date with my student. Matter of fact with a vampire. Today is the day we're going on a date and she still have not told me where the date will take place. All she told me was to wear something casual.

I put on some red jeans and a white crop top. I grabbed my mom's necklace and put it around my neck. I heard a knock at the door and quickly grabbed my white Converse. I opened the door to be met by a huge bundle of flowers. These are my favorite. I thought. "Hi." I heard that beautiful voice behind the flowers. "Hi." I laughed. "Come in. Luckily I have a huge vase to put those in." I smiled. I quickly put the flowers in the vase and added water to them .

I walked back in the living room and saw Claire looking at pictures of me and my mom. She turned around and smiled. "You look beautiful. Shall we leave?" She said smiling. I blushed and nodded my head. "Are you going to tell me where we're going to?" I asked. "Nope, just relax babe." I blushed when she called me babe. "Fine." I groaned. 25 minutes later we were in the woods. "Come on I'll carry you." She said opening my door. I smiled and jumped on her back. "Onward my peasant!" I giggled. "Oh your so going to pay for that." She smirked. "What are you, ahhh." I yelled as she sped off in the woods. "You could have warned me!" I pouted. "I told you was going to pay. Now come on we're going to walk the rest." She smirked. I rolled my eyes and intertwined our hands. The shock that goes through our body is amazing.

"Why does your hand feel warm?" I asked. "Because your my soul mate. To other people I'm cold as death." She smiled. I nodded my head and we kept walking.

I gasped once we reached a small waterfall. Beautiful flowers were surrounding the water fall and everything was beautiful. "Do you like it?" She asked biting her lips. "I love it!" I said pulling her into a hug. "Let's sit down, yeah?" She asked with a hint of British. "Are you British?" I asked admiring her facial features. "No, I stayed in England for 8 years." She said smiling. "Oh, sexy." I mumbled. She smirked and pulled out a bottle of wine. "So tell me everything about you?" I said looking into her eyes.

"Yeah, my parents was killed by black witches. I was turned once they were killed. Once I was turned I became a queen because my great-grandfather was king and I'm the only heir. Some if the people at school are vampires including TERRY." She hissed. "I'm okay baby, I swear." I said pecking her cheeks lightly. "I know. Where was I, oh, the only non vampires are you, the janitors and the cafeteria staff." She said looking at the waterfall. "Wow. What if your mate if human?" I asked looking at her. She turned towards me smiling nervously. "Well, uh, we could either let them live as long as they can or we turn them and be with forever." She said smiling at the last part. "I would love to live with you the rest of my life." I smiled. "R-really?" She asked shocked. "Of course, think about it. Living with the love of your life forever." I said thinking about being with her forever.

"Whenever you ready." She said taking her clothes off. "What are you doing?" I asked blushing. Her abs are so sexy. I thought. "Thank you. I can read minds too babe. And I'm going skinny dipping." She said taking the rest of her clothes off. "Well I should join you." I smirked taking my clothes off. "You... Uh, fuck it." She said as I finished taking my clothes off. She picked me up and rushed us to the waterfall. "You ready?" She asked. We jumped and the wind in my face was amazing. We jumped in the water and I made it to the surface but I didn't see Claire. "Claire?" I called but I didn't see her. "Babe!" I yelled and dived under water looking for her. I went back up to take a breath and Claire came behind me scaring the shit out of me.

"Not funny!" I pouted. "I'm sorry love, I just wanted to see if you would try to rescue me or not." She smiled. "Of course I would!" I groaned getting out the water. "I'm sorry." She said wrapping her arms around me. "Baby I'm sorry." She pouted. "Your forgiven." I mumbled. "No I will make you smile I promise." She smirked. "Why are you smirking?" I asked squinting my eyes. "No reason." She said walking to me. "No. Don't you dare." I said scooting back in the blanket. She got to me and started tickling my sides. "Claire, stop!" I yelled trying to stop laughing. "Fine." She said smiling. She got up and wrapped a blanket around me.

"Best date every." I said locking our fingers together. "Yeah?" She asked smiling big. "Yes Claire. This was the best date every." I said stopping and pecking her lips.

"Stay with me." She said opening the door for me. "Thank you. What do you mean stay with you?" I asked confused. "Stay at my house. Please?" She asked pouting. "Vampires live around the house. We have like our own neighborhood. I have my own house and vampires worth families and stuff like that have their own houses." She ranted. "Okay. Okay. I'll stay at your house." I said as she pulled up to my house. "Well I can't have you going to my house naked. Well I don't mind but you still need clothes." She smirked. I blushed and quickly got in the house. I got my clothes and got back in the car. "Ready?" She asked and I nodded my head as she backed out of the driveway.

We made it to this wonderful neighborhood. "This is actually nice." I said in aw. "Thank you it took a lot of work but we cleaned it and made it look good." She said looking at the road. We pulled up to this huge house and I was amazed. "You didn't expect an old house did you?" She asked turning to me. "No, I didn't expect this house to be this huge!" I exclaimed. "Come on love, let me show you around."

40 minutes later we finally had a tour of the whole house. This house I s bug as hell. We went to get room and she dropped my bags on her bed. "Let's watch a movie and relax." She said tiredly. "Have you drunken any blood?" I asked worried. I shook her head no. "Why?" I asked worried. "Once we find our mate, we don't have the taste for other blood until we drink from out mate once." She said smiling sadly. "Claire, we met earlier this week." I said sighing. I saw a blade on her dresser and cut my wrist. "Alex!" She exclaimed. "I'm use to it, drink." I demanded. She looked at my wrist and backed away. I pushed my wrist up to her lips and she immediately started drinking. "Thank you." She smiled then she frowned again. "What you mean your use to it." She asked worried.

"It's nothing." I said smiling sadly. "No, it is something." She pushed. "I use to have depression, okay. My mom hates me because I'm a lesbian. My dad he doesn't talk to me anymore, so I was pretty much on my own." I cried. "Baby, I'm so sorry. I'm here now, I'm not leaving. I... I love you." She said pulling me into a hug. "I love you too." I said pulling her into a passionate kiss.  She wrapped her arms around my waist tighter and pulled me to her. She picked me up and I immediately wrapped my legs around her not breaking the kiss. She laid us down and wrapped us in the covers. "Goodnight. I love you." She whispered kissing my forehead. "I love you too."
