I hadn't written in a while: in a long time actually, and I wanted to finish this story for good. This story was a lot of fun to write, and now that it's been an almost a year since Infinity War, I thought I would write the 'end' to this.

This still does take place during the events of IW, but it's after you and the rest of the Guardians have met the God of Thunder himself, Thor.

Sorry if this sucks.

Just take it as a way of thinking that sh*t is about to go downhill... starting from now!

SPOILER ALERT!!

If you haven't watched Avengers: Infinity War yet, I would advise you not to read this!!

For those who are interested or know, you can continue to read at your own risk!! ENJOY!!!❤️💚💙💛💜

------------------------------------------------------------------------

This was it.

This was the end.

The end that no-one wished for nor wanted, the end that came for everyone like the plague on this dreadful Earth. The plague that came from outer space and no-one was prepared for.

The Avengers. It plagued and dwelled in your mind when anyone heard it. The name the Guardian's new companion, Thor had told them of when Y/N, Rocket and Groot followed him to Nidavellir, forging what was maybe the strongest weapon in history.

Y/N helped in every way possible, and when she had watched that mighty God of Thunder endures the powerful energy to reignite it, she had thought of him as both insane and indestructible.

She saw it on Rocket's face too, this look of disbelief that was present there, and when he looked to you, Y/N could see in his brown eyes that there was some form of hope and faith in hoping to stop Thanos.

It made no more sense when they were transported back down to Earth, the planet Y/N hadn't been on in so long that she even forgot what it looked like. They had been taken right into the action, and it did take a lot more momentum and quick timing to spur her into action.

They had landed in Wakanda, a place that Thor had told them off once, and although Y/N had never heard of it before, she couldn't help but be in awe when she found herself feeling the heaviness of Earth's gravity pulling her back down.

They had made good timing, for Thanos had brought the fight to them, and when the thick smoke and billowing of thunder and lightning had crashed and dimmed around the four, she could finally see the people she was aiding.

Earth's Mightiest Heroes. She couldn't help but think if this fight was indeed a walk in the park for them, or something more than a struggle. If so, she knew it would be something far more of a defeat.

Y/N had fought as hard as she could when all of the time had seemed to catch up with her again, something more than fire igniting in her core as she took action into fighting these creatures that even she didn't know.

She could hear Rocket beside her snarling and egging these monsters on, blasting them in flurries of attacks with his gun that was twice the size of him, but he carried with ease.

She found herself watching in amazement, stumbling on one wrong foot and merely missing a swipe to her face by one of them, but found someone dodging the attack from her left. She found herself breathing heavy, her lungs burning far more when she had to get used to the atmosphere, but found her saviour to be just as blond and tall as Thor himself.
