The doctor looked at him. It was like a bullet hit his chest with utter shock. Kelly eyes were watering with even more tears.
"Sir, that's a big risk."
"I don't care. I want to do it."
The doctor moved over on the stool; distancing himself closer to Josh.
"Sir, your heart is the most important organ in your body. If you choose to donate your heart, it will kill you."
