Chapter 6

Jisoo POV

I dragged my feet and got in the car . I checked my phone and I'm not even surprised no one texts me . I scrolled down through a news website and a article caught my eye .

" 5 men found dead in the alley .These 5 men seem to be from a gang . They have weapons in their possession and all of them has a snake tattoo . The unknown killer is nowhere to be found . Reports say a women was walking down the street and smelled blood coming from the alley . However , the unknown killer spray painted on the wall which may represent him/her "

Who is it ? Is there a new killing machine ? Is the person alone or is the person under someone else ?

" Were here " Mark's voice interrupted my thoughts . I kept my phone and got out the car .

" Have you guys eat breakfast ? " I asked them as I unlocked the door .

" Nope . Boss wants us to finish this job quickly so we skipped breakfast " Mark sighed .

" I have some bread and Nutella " I replied pointing towards the cabinet . I got up to my room and packed my things . 

A few minutes later I got down to check up on the guys . Wait why is Johnny here ?

" Johnny why are you here ? " I asked .

" Boss wants me to make sure Jaehyun and Mark are doing their job " He said as he took Jaehyun's bread .

" Don't eat my bread . Don't look down on me " Jaehyhun said . Johnny stuffed the bread in his mouth and Jaehyun fake cried .

" Ohh he's crying " Johnny laughed .

" No. Don't look down on me " Jaehyun replied as he took another bread .

Weirdos . I got back to my room and continued packing . 

I came across a picture of me and my family . My eyes widened as I looked closer . There's another small boy in the picture . He's sad . 

" Are you done ? You take forever " Johnny burst into my room . I put the picture in my pocket and brought my suitcases down to meet the guys . Everything has already been moved out . I look around the house and closed the door . I took a deep breath and opened my eyes slowly . Why do I feel like this is when a new life starts . As if I'm going to be in a new story book with a new future I would never expect . I shook my head and went in the car .

I look through the news website again .

Another murder ?

" 4 people killed in another alley way . The same symbol representing the killer is also spray painted on the wall " 

I looked through the article and found out the location . 

" Johnny , drop me off here . I need to buy something . Mark will follow me to make sure I'm alright " I said as I tapped Johnny's shoulder . Mark and I got out the car and I explained Mark what was happening . I'm curious about the killer . Who is it ?

In order not to get caught by the police , we climbed up the buildings and spectate from the top. The police are still there investigating the area . I took out my phone and took a picture of the bodies . I look up and saw a black figure watching us . I took out my boomerang shaped knife and threw it to his direction . The black figure was fast enough and ran away . I caught back my knife and place it in my pocket . I sighed in frustration and got up . Mark and I went down and got back to the mansion .

" Who was that ? " Mark asked . 

" I don't know but he has a symbol on his left arm . It's the same one as the symbol being spray painted on the wall . Its a guy . He's the killer and he recognizes us now . But why did he just watch us and didn't do anything ? " I sighed and grabbed my hair . Mark went in before I started going crazy . 

I went up to my shared room and laid down . 

The door opened and I saw Taeyong crossing his arms . He laid down beside me and faced me . I turned towards his direction and stared at him . 

" Hi " I smiled .

" Aren't you bored " Taeyong asked . 

" I'll be going to a book store . Bye " I stood up and left .

I walked and made my way to the book store . I knew Taeyong was behind me so I just kept on walking . 

While walking , I bumped into someone . I looked up and saw Yugyeom . My eyes widened and I smiled . I stood up and hugged him . 

" How are you ? " I asked happily . 

" I'm great . I'm planless right now so if you don't mind , may I join you ? " Yugyeom asked patting my head .

" Sure " I linked my arms with him and made our way to the book store .

" You know Taeyong is behind you rite ? " Yugyeom asked awkwardly . I nodded and opened the door . 

We both sat down and talked for awhile . 

" What a coincidence , your boss Jackson , is also a friend of mine . Glad to know we're not rivalry towards each other " I smiled .

" I have to go , Jackson is calling me . I'll see you another time " He said . Before he left , he took out a card and gave it to me . Seems like he gave me his number to keep in contact .

" Hi " Taeyong sat beside me and smiled . I rolled my eyes , took my books and left the store . Taeyong walked beside me and placed his hands on my waist . I felt safe . I walked to the nearest park and faced Taeyong . His hands were still on my waist . 

" You're handsome " I giggled .

" You're beautiful " he smiled .

" Too bad I'm not an easy one " I held Taeyong's hands and pushed it down slowly making his hands rub my ass till it goes back to his sides . Taeyong took a deep breath .

" You like teasing me don't you " Taeyong said glaring at me .

I winked at him and we made our way back to the mansion .
