Chapter 23

NEXT DAY ( Jisoo POV )

Taehyung and I wore our outfits . He wore a black suit with a black tie . I wore a black dress long enough to cover up till my knees . The skirt could be removed . The dress is sleeveless and it exposes my collarbone and neck . I tied my hair into a bun and wore a necklace which is big enough for the chip . 

A/N : The chip is like a SD card .

Taehyung and I went to the rooftop and got in the helicopter . 

" I'm Zhang Yixing but you can call me tonight " the pilot said and winked at me . I gave him a weird look and he laughed .

" Just kidding , you can call me Lay " he spoke again . I nodded awkwardly and he started the engine . 

We're almost reaching the building . It has three different buildings . Lay gave us a signal to jump off at the last building . We got ready and jumped down . We made our way into the air vent and we we're already on the living room . We wore our earpiece and waited for them to arrive . 

A few minutes later , we saw Kun , Irene , Yuqi and Taeyong entering the room . They greeted the people there . Taehyung and I spotted the hand signal by Kun . Kun walked around and brought his wrists to his mouth .

" Watch for him . He's Yanan " we heard Kun . He managed to not look suspicious . Yuqi then got up on stage and performed . We switch on our earpiece and we could hear Kun's conversation with Yanan . Taeyong is seen standing not too far away from Kun and Irene . 

After a few minutes of chatting , Irene asked Yanan about his car .

" I've been wondering where you park your car considering this building doesn't have a carpark . Also if you don't mind , I've been wondering how your car looks like so can I have a look ? " Irene asked politely and smiled . 

" Sure , but don't touch anything " Yanan replied . Taehyung and I followed their direction in the air vent . They stopped walking and we saw the car . 

" This is my car . Its not really special . I know you'll be wondering how I got it up here . I installed a lift for my car in this room and the lift is only for me . This lift brings my car to the back of the building " Yanan explained . I saw Irene quickly and quietly taking his car keys from his back pocket . Irene gave us a hand signal telling us she got the key .

" We should go back to the party " Kun said and he let Yanan walk out first . Before Irene exits the room , she slid the car keys and it stopped under the car . We quietly made our way down and we unlocked the car . Before we could even unlock the door we heard Taeyong from our earpiece . 

" Code red . Yanan knows his keys are gone . He's sending his guard to the room " right after we heard Taeyong , the door busted open . I unlocked the car . 

" Get in ! " I shouted to Taehyung . I started the engine and I drove the car . I ran over the guards and drove towards the living room . We heard the gun shots and I continued running over the guards . 

" Go now " I said through the earpiece telling Kun , Irene , Taeyong and Yuqi to exit the building and go back to Kun's place . The four of them ran out the apartment . I tried to stop the car but the breaks don't work . 

" Shit , the break doesn't work Taehyung " I said and tried to find a solution . I looked up and I had no choice . I drove straight through the window and it landed on the other building . The three buildings are side by side and it's not too far apart . Taehyung managed to find the chip . Before he could even take it , I drove straight through another window landing in another building . This time there's no more building beside it . Taehyung managed to take the chip and we both jumped out of the car . The car went straight through the window and we heard a loud explosion from downstairs . 

Taehyung handed the chip to me and I kept it in my necklace . We ran towards the lift and went down to the first level . We quickly made our way opposite the buildings and I pressed the sound button on the car keys that Kun handed me . We heard the car sound not too far away and got in. 

There were five cars chasing us . I drove faster and tried to escaped from them . I knocked down a construction site's metal scaffold and it dropped on one of the cars . Four more left . We heard something hitting our car . 

" They're shooting metal hooks to our car . They got the back  " Taehyung said . We heard more of the metal hooks grabbing both sides of our car . Lastly , another hook was attached to the front . All four cars reversed and we couldn't move . I looked around to find ways to escape . 

" You better get out from there " I heard Kun saying through the earpiece . I used the car's nitro boost and reversed the car causing the car in front of me to be pulled . I kept reversing for a while and switch off the nitro boost causing my car to hit the car in front of us . I sped up my car and reversed it which made the car in front of us to flip over . Three more cars left . 

I noticed the hook is attached to my side door . I opened it and the door to hit the car on the side and it caused the driver to lose control . Two more cars left . I reversed my car and the hooks pulled the two cars together and both of them crashed towards each other . The hooks were all off by then . I drove off to Kun's place .

" Wow Jisoo , you're amazing " Taehyung said . I laughed and continued driving .
