I cried in your arms
You pulled me out of my hiding place
And held me in your arms.
I cried hard
And you comforted me.
You promised you'd stay.
Then guess what
You left
Like everyone else.
You all said you'd stay by my side
You're here for me
Bullshit!
I'm the only one here for me
And I'm starting to give up on me too
So thank you for showing me that promises are meant to be broken.
