How do you navigate a school where you're an anomaly?
For Audrey Lake, being the daughter of an ambassador and being stuck at a prim, proper private school in Germany's Black Forest is dull.
Like any girl, she craves freedom, so she does what she can to feed her sinister addictions. Namely, feeding on people's dreams and lying in a dazed high feeling like she's just been to Elysium and back.
But addiction has it's own perils and she soon becomes the target of the authorities as the bodies pile up and her rate of highs becomes prodigious.
