The meaning for your existence
A/n: Ayyy, sorry it take so much time for a new chapter, i just finish my semester and finally free for now. Anw, please enjoy the chapter.
Previously: After finding out that his mother also got taken by Morgan. By following the fragments of his lost memory, Ash was able to discover a message from Cipher that revealed his shocking past origin. How will Ash process with this new information? Find out in this chapter.

After the computer shut off, Ash was left speechless. The information seem to be too much for him to process, he is an Alien, he has no father, most of the past memories he remembered was all fake, and most of all he was born to be a weapon of mass destruction, was trained to hurt people. Now knowing, Ash starts to wonder: "Was all of my dreams and emotions are just setup by the fake memories? Do my purpose in life is just be a tool?"
Suddenly, his thought got interrupted by a voice comming from the computer: "Recorded message delivered. Initiate the self-destruct sequence" then the whole cave starts to shake. Ash eyes now wide open as he sees everything around him start to crumble. "Pikachu, Serena!!!" He immediately turns ariund and rush to the gate where he left them. Upon approaching the gate he saw Serena and Pikachu struggling to hold their balance as the ground is shaking violently. "Ash!!!" "Pika!!" The two called out when they see Ash dash toward them. Without utter a single word, Ash grabs both of them and take of with with aura surrounding him. Just when Ash flew out of the cave, the entrance collapsed and the Boulder return to it norm state. "You two alright?" Ash ask as he puts Serena and Pikachu down. "Yeah, thanks to you, for a moment their i thought we were goners" Serena replies sweat dropping. Ash then gives out a weak smile after seeing his friends are safe but then he start to thing about the message he received. Seeing his attitude, Serena asks "Ash, is there something wrong? What did you find in that cave anyway?". Ash hesitated for a bit but upon looking at Serena's eyes, he know that he cannot hind the secret or lie to her, he then proceeds to tell both Serena and Pikachu about what he learned from Cipher's message. As expected both of them are left mind blown after hearing that. Ash then look down to the ground in frustration "I just... I just cannot believe that all if my memories abot my dad are not real, all the motivation speech on how i will become a Pokemon master, all the time he was with me, they weren't even there in the first place. That explained how i was never be able to win any leagues, how i keep losing for time to time, because all them are just lie to cover up the fact that i'm a monster, a slave to Morgan." Tears start to dripping form Ash's eyes "In the end, i just put my friends and my mom back in danger", he then punch the ground "I don't even know what my purpose in this world is anymore!!! "
*Slap
Then out of nowhere, Ash felt a light slap on his face, it did not hurt but he can still feels it. "Snap out of it Ash Ketchum!!" Serena said with tears in her eyes. Ash was left speechless when looking at her. " You are not acting like yourself again, you once told me thaymt nothing we do is a waste of time, even if it true that yout memories got altered even if it true that you are born to be a weapon, you still who you are. There are reason why your mom take you away from those people and that is because she saw the kindness in you and want to keep it. Even before you lost your memories when in the summer camp, it was your kindness that make you help me in the forest and can tell the Ash Ketchum I meet back there and the one i travelled with is the same. You changed my life for a better terms, you give a clear goal and meaning to live for, i'm pretty sure thar the same can be said about the people along with Pokemon you met. So know this Ash Ketchum, don't you dare have any doubt about your life purpose because it always will be meaningful to you..... " Serena then blush lightly " and to me as well"
"Serena..." Ash said " You...really think so about me?"
"Of course silly, i'm never lose hope about you, after all it was you that taught me to never give up until the very end right" Serena replies with a smile on her face
"I guess i overreacted again didn't i?" Ash said while rubbing the back of his head. " Serena, Pikachu i'm sorry for that, you too truly are the best, you keep believing in me even when i doubt myself and you are right Serena, regardless the matters, i'm stil Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town and my dream is to become a Pokemon master and won't let anything change that nor anything that harm my friends". Ash said with his fist now pumped in the air, he then got tackled into a hug by Serena and Pikachu "Now that's the Ash i know and admire!!!" Serena said happily. She and Ash then stare into each other eyes, their lips are getting closer and closer.... But then, Ash sticks out his hand and push Serena away.
