Inferno on Poni island!! – The creation vs the creator:
Previously: The judgment has finally arrived and the Pokemon world is once again in danger. Having emerged from the hyperbolic dimension stronger than ever, Ash and Cipher are ready to take on the challenge, but with Cipher insist of facing the threat alone with Ash fall behind as backup, will his power be enough? Find out in this chapter.
At Ponni island, Cipher land at the ground zero where the wormhole from another dimension will be create. Back at the Pokemon school, Ash and his friends/family are watching the situation via Sky Eyes' crystal ball. As the Saiyan warrior stand there silently with black sky above, as expected a portal start to form in front of him. As soon as the portal is formed a whirlwind of energy erupted from it making the sky crackle with lightning intensively. However much to everyone surprise, both Ash and Cipher, who is facing this directly, still keep their calm demeanor. Right after that, a large hulking figure jumped out of the portal.
The creature has a dark grey skin color with sharp rock-like spike on his back, elbow, knee and face. It's face still feature some feature of Morgan but his spiky hair now replaced with jagged row of spikes. The creature looks around and spotted Cipher in front of him, he then let out a huge raging primitive roar that can be heard even from other islands. Cipher's expression now shifted to a bit concern look after he heard the roar and felt the power up from his foe. But then, he breaths in calmly and start to speak.
"Honestly, as much of a heartless monster as you always are, you have some of my gratitude.... Without you doing your experiment on me, I would have never experience a world that I don't even know exist and I would have never had such adventures and make friend with the people and the Pokemon... Not to mention you also bring Ash to this life..." Cipher smiles a bit, but then got serious again as he goes on.
"However your crimes remained, now even without your sanity you still threaten the life that I and everyone cherish... and.... I WILLL...NOT...ALLOW IT!!! ARRRHHHHHHH!!!!" Cipher scream out loud as he powers up from his Super Saiyan form. His hair now spikier with ony one bang remain instead of 3 and his golden aura now have bolts of lightning around.

Back at the gang:
"Wow, that look exactly like the power up Ash used back then" Serena comments when seeing Cipher as Super Saiyan 2
"Yes, almost a year after we started our training Cipher and I were able to break through the Super Saiyan barrier" Ash said
"So you also able to do that too?" Serena asked
"Yes, thanks to Cipher's training I was able to unlock Super Saiyan 2 first but I am amazed on how fast Cipher was able to catch up to my level and perhaps even surpass me"
"All cards on the table!!! Here I come Morgan!!!" Cipher shout as he and Doomsday Morgan charge at each other, the battle finally begins.
Utilizing his smaller size, Cipher easily doges Morgan's swings and punches while in same time deliver many hit on his body. However, it's appeared that Cipher's attacks did not do any damage on Morgan's body or even cause him to stagger, instead the monster shrugs off the hits and maintaining the pressure. The shockwaves from the battle shattered the ground beneath as well blowing all the trees away. As the battle continue, Cipher power up further and push the power of Super Saiyan 2 to its maximum. With his full power now unleash, Morgan tries to attacks again but is initially beaten back. However, after a minute or two of battle, Morgan with his mutated virus combined with the Saiyan biology gains enough power to once again closed the power gap between him and Cipher. Cipher, now on the defensive himself as his normal punches and blasts are ineffective against his raging opponent. Eventually, Morgan starts to gain the upper hand in the fist fight, he then grabs Cipher's head and slam him down to the ground below, creating a massive crater. Just when Morgan is about to deliver a downward punch, the young Saiyan place one of his hand on the ground.
