Previously: The battle for the fate of the Pokemon world between Cipher and the mutated Doomsday Morgan has finally begun. Cipher despite unleashing the tremendous power of his Super Saiyan 2, still couldn't finish off Morgan and ultimately got pushed into a corner due to the monster's ability to grow and adapt in combat. What will our heroes do to get out of this dire situation? Find out in this chapter.
Both combatants are staring at each other intensively, Cipher wipes the blood from his face and gives out a silly smirk:
"Well, so much for the "finish things fast" strategy, I'm well aware that the adaptability of the doomsday virus combined with the Saiyan biology will be pretty broken but... I guess underestimating shits run in all Saiyans eh?"
Morgan with all of his rage lets out another roar, blood red aura flares up around him and the dark sky crackle with even more lighting. His muscle mass has grown significantly during the fight as well as the spikes surrounding him.
Cipher balls his bloody fist and also power up with golden aura, he then braces himself
"Here goes nothing!!! ARRRhhhhh!!!"
Cipher starts screaming on top of his lung as he raises his power level. At the Pokemon School everybody can see and sense Cipher's ki expanding with Ash and Vec knowing exactly what is happening. Back at the battlefield, Morgan also stop roaring to watch the power up (yeah, guess the Saiyan also tend to do that a lot too)
As Cipher continues to power up, his immense power is affecting the weather around various regions, especially Alola. The wind starts to blow heavily and shockwaves can be felt in every regions across the Earth. Cipher begins to change; his hair slowly beginning to grow longer. The immense energy that he is generating blown away every trees and boulders in the vicinity and the volcanic zone in the Poni Breaker Coast area nearby started to erupt. Finally, with a mighty scream, Cipher lets his power explode as he pushes his energy level to the maximum in a bright flash of light. Everybody who is watching this have to shield their eyes from the light, when they uncover their eyes when the light dims they gasp as they see what Cipher is now. Cipher has fully transformed, his golden Super Saiyan hair has grown all the way down to his waist with only 1 small bang protrude out in front, and his eyebrows vanish completely, making the forehead and eye ridges appear larger and revealing a more prominent brow ridge. The aura is just like Super Saiyan 2 with even more intense lighting around it. Cipher glares at his enemy.

Back at Ash and the gang, everyone is still recovering from the shock after Cipher's transformation
"Well, at least the school is still in one piece after that" Sky Eyes said in a silly manner
"You should have seen when he first did that, he almost blown away the house we stayed in" Vec said while still being hold by Serena
