just a hyung and a dongseong

you know it's heartbreaking that taehyung is do deeply in love with him when yoongi just thinks they are a hyung and a dongseong. Or is that just a cover up?

"Hyung! Stop that!" Taehyung squealed after the older just complimented him on his newly dyed hair by ruffling his hair. "What? You don't like how I ruffle your hair?" He asked smirking a bit. "No, It's just you keep making me blush." Taehyung said quietly making the older chuckle.

"Okay, lovebirds! Time for practice!" Hoseok announced and the younger blushed at 'lovebirds' while the older just got into position.

They did all of their steps perfectly but there was a time where Taehyung had to go to the side to wait for his cue but he was watching Yoongi and immediately got lost into his thoughts.

It was his turn and he started to dance but tripped in the middle of it. Hoseok sighed loudly and decided they should take a break. Taehyung sighed and saw Yoongi smiling down at him with a hand out, "Need a hand?" Taehyung grabbed the hand and thanked his hyung.

Jimin pulled him to the side so Yoongi just went with the other hyungs.

"Tae! What the hell is going on between you and Yoongi hyung?!" Jimin whisper-yelled. "Nothing's going on, Jiminie." Taehyung said returning his gaze to Jimin instead of Yoongi.
"Do you like him?" Jimin bluntly asked and Taehyung turned red, "So, what if I do?!" Taehyung whisper-yelled. "Omg, I totally ship you guys!" Jimin smiled and Taehyung groaned, "It doesn't matter anyways. He doesn't see me that way."
"There's only one way to find out, Taetae!" Jimin said. "What do you mean?" The younger asked confused.
"He literally hasn't stopped staring for the past twenty minutes we've been talking." Taehyung looked to the side and caught the gaze of the older smiling at him which made him blush and Jimin squeal.

"Hey, Tae. You wanna go to the cafe?" Yoongi asked and Jimin nudged the younger of the two. "S-sure, hyung." Taehyung stuttered and Yoongi ruffles his hair. "You scored a date with him!" Jimin yelled happily and quietly. "Oh, shut up." Taehyung rolled his eyes but smiled thinking of Yoongi.

Yoongi drank his coffee and the younger could only think of when would be the great time to tell Yoongi about his feelings. After a talk with his best friend, he decided during this cafe date would be the perfect time.

"Yoongi hyung, can I tell you something?" Taehyung asked and the older stopped sipping his drink and nodded for him to continue. "I like you, hyung. Like more than a friend or anything else. I've been in love with you since the day I met you." Taehyung confessed and Yoongi stood there silently.

He didn't know if he should tell the younger if he felt the same way. He was scared to go into relationships since his last one and they really don't have time for one. He doesn't want to be a burden to his lovely beloved dongseong.

"Tae, I can't reciprocate your feelings. I only see us as hyung and dongseong." Yoongi said and Taehyung nodded and stood up up but the older grabbed his wrist to see his face full of tears.
He didn't want to do this especially since he lied to him. "Why are you crying?" He asked and the younger looked down, "Please don't touch me or care for me. It makes it harder than it already is."
The younger said and ran out of the cafe leaving a sighing Yoongi who had tears in his eyes as well.

"What did he do, Taehyungie?" Jimin asked sitting next to Jungkook. "H-he told me we are nothing more than just a hyung and a dongseong." Taehyung said and Jungkook shot up immediately going in a pit of rage.

"Why the hell would he do that? He's lying to himself about his feelings! At least decent people actually admit to them!!" Jungkook growled and threw his arms in the air.

"Hey, calm down! Why are you getting so caught up over this?!" Jimin said and the younger sighed. "Because, I love Taehyung and I can't do anything about it." Jungkook said before walking out leaving the two confused and silent.

"Maybe he was lying about his feelings, Tae. It's really hard to be in a relationship with yor OWN band member and be an IDOL." Jimin said and Taehyung sighed facing the facts.

A few days has passed from the day at the cafe. Yoongi still struggling to not let his feelings out or be jealous. Taehyung was struggling to keep his feelings in every single time.

It was hard for the both of them but that's what happeend.

And that's what Yoongi would stop from continuing.

The older legit dragged the younger to his bedroom and sat him on the bed pulling up a chair in front of him.

"Why am I here, hyung?" The younger asked and put his hands on Yoongi's since the older was intensely staring at them and that was the only way to get his attention.

"Because I need to tell you that I lied." Yoongi stated looking up to the younger. "Hyung, you can't just come up here and tell me this when you had a chance three weeks ago!" The younger made a point but the older was not gonna give up.

"I love you, Kim Taehyung. I loved you so much that I was willing to let you go and for me not to be a burden to you. For you to live your life as an idol and for me to keep loving you till the day I die." The older confessed and the younger sighed.

"I don't love you anymore." The younger lied feeling heartbroken and the older looked at him, "Then why are you still holding my hands?" The older asked and the younger blushed getting his hands back and sighing while the older was laughing.

"Fine, I love you too hyung." Taehyung admitted snd Yoongi gave him a long kiss on the lips smiling after.

Amazingly, the door broke down and all five other members came out hugging the newly formed couple and congratulating them.

"Guys, calm down! It's not like we got married or anything!" Taehyung yelled and the older pecked his nose and smirked, "Not yet, baby."

All the members laughed at Tae's blushing face and Yoongi hugging him.
