Cascada was a powerful being. One of unusual extremities of magic. She was a good witch- one that drew her magic from the light. She had never belonged to a coven, but somehow, that made her feel stronger. She didn't feel held back or limited by a superior all of her life due to being covenless. She knew that shouldn't be the case- a witch should belong to a coven and not feel restricted. She knew a witch should belong to a coven for many reasons: protection, education, growth and to maximize her access to the energy around her.

Cascada had recently began getting nightmares in her sleep. Horrible dreams of the world set ablaze by a pale faced man haunted her slumber. And when she would awaken, she knew they were not just a simple dreams- they were visions. Visions of the apocalypse that would settle on the earth to end all life.

Cascada tried to ignore the nightmares for a long while, that was... until she met Clementine. Clementine was Cascada's new nail technician, and while she pushed her cuticles back she stopped suddenly. She then turned Cascada's hand over. Casacada felt a strong wave of energy coming from Clementine suddenly. Clementine proceeded to stretch the skin of Cascada's palm and says: "I see your daughters, and their daughters. Well, maybe not your actual daughters, maybe just girls that you represent a mother figure to." Clementine shook her head and let go of Cascada's hand.

"I'm sorry, I just do that sometimes." Clementine apologized.

"Palm reading?" Cascada pressed for an answer. Clementine nodded, but waved her off, suggesting that the occurrence was nothing.

That night in a dream, the first girl emerges from a slit in Casacada's stomach. The scar heals into a smile, and both she and Cascada grow older together. Her mind often told her things through her dreams, it was a side effect of her extreme amount of powers. And in the moment Cascada woke up, she knew what her mind was trying to tell her: she needed to establish a coven. And out of nowhere, the name "Cascada's School for Remarkable Girls," rolled off of her tongue.

With that, she spent months gathering what she needed to create her school. She purchased a large house, materials, and planned out the education aspect of the school. She set out to make it a heaven, one without betrayal. A heaven without prejudice, without violence, without fear. She wanted the school to be a place where her girls could practice their magic without persecution. She knew it'd be a difficult task, but it'd be for the greater good: for the witches of the world and possibly to save the end of the world that she kept envisioning at night. Her goal would tear her apart from the inside as she knew she'd risk her life forming a coven amongst the human populations. But, she knew it was her destiny to do it.

what a fucking curse.❞
