i know i only update on weekends but i've been missing school so 🤪
it was like 1am and billie still wasn't in bed. she was downstairs writing, or recording. who knows. but i couldn't sleep. i wanted to feel her warmth, and even though i was cuddled into my blankets, i was still freezing. i grab my phone swiftly to text bil.

i turn my phone off and lay down. i didnt try to fall asleep because i know that i'd fail.
i just stare into the darkness, i could basically hear my own heartbeat.
suddenly, i hear footsteps against the stairs and billie and i's room door opening.
i could tell it was billie. well because, who else?
(this is actually accurate. when i knock on my mom's room door she'll ask who is it. like girl there's only two of us in here)
billie joined me on the bed and grinned as she saw me cuddled up in blankets. but she unraveled the blankets and put her arm around my waist, and our foreheads were touching.
"is this what you wanted?" bil whispers, kissing my forehead.
i smiled and nod.
