A/N: I'm editing some of the chapters together to make them longer while having less of them. I think I'll probably start writing new parts again starting now

Deku plucked at the strands of the outfit the white jackets had given him. It was white and had kind of a grainy texture. It was papery, too. Conclusion, it was uncomfortable on his skin, and he wanted to take it off.
But Deku didn't. Because Deku was the best Noumu there was.
He rolled over on the bed that they had given him. There were no specific orders, and they hadn't told him to stay still, so that was a relief. Another relief was that the blankets on the bed were softer than the outfit he had on. He squished his face into the pillow and puffed out a breath into it, reflecting on the day's events. The white jackets had started calling him "Midoriya" and "Izuku", on occasion, and it disoriented him to no end. He had told him what his name was, why weren't they using it?
Deku abruptly sat up, head cocked to the side. Someone was coming. Deku dove off the bed, scrambling underneath it. He knew it wasn't one of the white jackets. The shoes didn't make clacking noises on the tile. These shoes went more like thud-squeak. It was someone with rubber soles. This wouldn't have been a problem if he was still under the command of "don't move", but without it, instinct took over, and the internal command of "hide" was loud a loud one.
The door opened, and all Deku could see were legs clad in black fabric. An animalistic growl rose in his throat, and he would probably be punished for it later, but he couldn't help it.
The person stopped in the doorway as if it was confused.
After a moment of silence, a gravelly voice called out. "Hey! We lost the kid!" It was a man's voice.
Deku stifled a laugh. The man must be stupid. Or maybe Deku's hiding spot was just that good.
As he preened silently about how clever he was, he failed to notice approaching footsteps until he looked up and saw narrowed eyes looking back at him. Deku froze for a moment, surprise overtaking him. The moment passed, and he lunged forward, fully intending to claw the man's eyes out, but his wrist was caught immediately.
"Ornery little fucker, aren't ya." He muttered before calling out again. "Nevermind, I found him!"
His eyes never left Deku's.
...
...Deku bared his teeth as the man started pulling him out from under the bed. If Deku was moved so easily now, he would be admitting defeat. And that is not acceptable; not for a Noumu of his status.
Deku's hand clung to the metal framing under the bed, holding on for dear life.
"C'mon kid. You got a visitor." The man grumbled.
Deku decided to snap his teeth at him instead. The man sighed exasperatedly, giving up on being nice and gentle. With a yank, the Noumu was instantly pulled out of his hiding space.
White rope looking things encased him, holding his hands to his body.
"No!" Deku yelled, "Let go! Let go!"
The man rubbed his temples. "Why anyone would want to see you is beyond me, kid." The man turned, dragging the struggling Noumu out of the room.
Deku's snarls quickly dissolved into pained whimpers. "Please let Deku go..." He sniffled pathetically, turning on the waterworks.
The man ignored him. Deku went limp, giving up.
Such a pathetic Noumu.
"You better prepare Ms. Midoriya. She might just keel over." The man called to someone Deku couldn't see.
"Roger that, Aizawa!"
The man went through an opening that led to a bunch of plush looking chairs. Deku frowned when he noticed another person in there.
A little woman with green hair and a round face. She started crying when they entered, big fat tears rolling down her face.
"Oh, my little Izuku!" She wailed.
Who's she talking to? Deku wondered as she stood.
