I

Sounds too loud to bear were bursting through my ears. Every beat of something I would never call music was hitting my eardrums leaving me almost deaf. I nearly threw up in disgust of the smell of alcohol reeking, well, from everyone around me. I firmly tightened the hold of the glass filled with some kind of green fluid which I didn't even dare to smell and not drink. Watching my best friend Eden drowning himself in alcohol, throwing his hand around random girls, while I was standing in the corner alone, suffocating, made me regret coming here even more.

College parties were perfect for people like Eden who only want to drink the night off and get laid as much as possible. Especially if the party is held in a club. College parties were not for me, though. One and only so called party I attended was prom, 3 months ago, which I also regret going to when I could've stayed at home and read a book, instead of having to look at all those people I was never friends with, fake smiling at them the whole night like I was actually fond of them.

Eden waved at me meeting my gaze, while he was throwing himself around barely even stable to stand on his feet. I was sure that he didn't recognize me, cause at that time, by the amount of alcohol he had poured in himself, he probably didn't know his own name either.

I wasn't ready to move from the corner I was standing in, afraid I would lose sight of Eden, but my feet started hurting because of the uncomfortable heels I was wearing. The plush dress was feeling too tight and short as I was pulling it down every few seconds feeling that my legs were too exposed, and all that because of my friend Kiara who made me wear "matching outfits" and then sent me off alone with Eden, canceling in last minute so she could go on a date with her beloved boyfriend.

My eyes were shifted to the bar and seeing that no one except the bartender was there, I made my way to it to sit and rest for a bit.
I took the middle seat and ordered just a glass of water since my throat felt sore because of all the smokey air, and I didn't intend to risk with the green fluid Eden had given me earlier.

I gulped the water and the bartender smiled at me mockingly. I raised my eyebrows bitterly looking at him which made him feel awkward and so he went back to cleaning glasses.

"Two Margaritas" I heard a deep male voice as a chair beside me moved and someone sat on it. A smell of some expensive, male perfume filled my lungs in a few seconds, too strong that it even prevailed the smell of alcohol.

"What are you doing at this kind of party if you're not drinking?"
The same deep voice spoke again.
I didn't want to look before because I wanted to avoid interacting with anyone here but I slowly turned my head when I realized that the person was talking to me.

My eyes met two hazel eyes which seemed so fierce as if they were looking deep down inside my soul. His sun kissed, glowing skin looked like it wasn't humans, reminding me only of those I have seen in magazines never believing that they could be real but rather a photoshop work of a professional.  I unconsciously looked at him more. His hair was unevenly divided with few highlights falling on his forehead. He was wearing a white shirt, sleeves folded to his elbows, which clearly showed his muscular body. Not just his skin, but his entire look was like he came out of a magazine. He was hot and for me hot was synonym for dangerous. I had a mindset that I can't be fooled by looks.

Realizing that I was staring, I turned my head back facing my empty glass trying to stay at my decision to not interact with anyone. He chuckled and I couldn't help but roll my eyes.

"Not drinking and not talking too? Really, why are you here then?" I felt his smirk burning my skin and a slight blush formed on my cheeks,  from sudden nervousness. The bartender placed the drinks in front of him.

"Why do you care?" I asked when he gently pushed one of the drinks in front of me. He took his drink and drank it off in one go, now probably expecting for me to do the same.

"I don't want a drink." I stated narrowing my eyebrows and I abruptly looked behind me trying to get a hold of Eden's figure in the messy crowd of people more staggering than dancing, while the smoke was slightly blurring my vision.
My heart started beating faster since I couldn't get the sight of Eden. I felt the guy beside me curiously following my gaze towards the crowd to see what I was looking for. I felt relieved when I noticed Eden in a corner making out with some girl, and when I turned my head towards the guy his eyes were wide open becoming much darker than before.
A slightly smaller guy approached him, whispered something in his hear at which he smiled wickedly and the smaller one walked away.

He looked at me with those dark eyes while slowly getting up from the chair. He put on his black leather jacked he had previously laid on the chair next to him. Then he leaned closer to me and I moved away a bit not knowing his intention, with shock clearly visible in my eyes.
With his right hand he gently caressed my wristband, which I got two days ago at my college reception and forgot to remove it. I shivered and he smiled.

"Hmm, what was your name again?" He asked as if he had already asked the same question before.

"Noelle?" I wasn't sure why I even answered him. I felt too pressured because he was too close to me.

"Well, Noelle" he caressed the wristband again, "I guess I'll be seeing you around." He said pointing at the wristband. Then took the glass that was in front of me and gulped it , after that just simply walking away, disappearing in the crowd, while leaving me completely confused.

After about ten minutes I glanced through the crowd looking for Eden and this time when I couldn't see him I tried to stay calm and just go look for him.
When I didn't find him in any of the possible rooms that were connected to the club, I decided to take a look outside.
A cold breeze hit me as I got out and my ears felt a relief when the music was not ringing in them anymore.
I walked around a bit seeing drunk kids. Some were sitting beside the walls, some sleeping on the floow, some were smoking and some even vomiting from the high amount of alcohol they drank.
I turned away the corner not sure if I should because of the lack of lighting. I heard muffled sounds and decided to walk away until I heard a hit, and then another and another. I noticed three silhouettes from which I recognized one as Eden.

He was laying on the floor, bitterly laughing, blood dripping from his mouth while the two other males with black mouth masks were hitting him. I stood frozen in fear at the sight and one of them turned, looking at me from afar, light barely illuminating his piercing brown eyes. He then turned again to face the other masked male, motioning him something with his head. He kicked Eden one more time in the stomach with his leg and then both of them left into the dark.

Hi!
This is my first BTS fanfiction. I got an idea for a story and decided to write it here.
There are probably some mistakes regarding grammar, oops. :')
I don't have a special "schedule" for publishing new chapters. I will publish them randomly when I have time because I am busy with my uni life(yay) but I will try to write as often as I can.
Hope you like it. :)
