3rd POV
The sounds of metal clashing, lightning striking, and then nothing at all. Those seemed to repeat for nearly the entire morning in one of the fake cities that U.A had built
They had been training since early in the morning, and it was Yn, along with a Raiko and Sierra.
Yn and Sierra were working together to try to beat Raiko, but his number two title wasn't for nothing.
He was fast, extremely fast. The moment they tried to strike him, he would vanish and attack.
His body was covered in blue lightning, acting like a taser to anything that touched it
Again and again, the teamwork of Yn and Sierra was almost scary, but they could only manage a few hits, and even then, they weren't anything too damaging.
"You ready to give up yet? Or have you decided to stop holding back?" Raiko asked the two
Yn simply stayed silent, and Sierra was out of breath, but it was clear that they weren't going to be backing down anytime soon.
Raiko smiled "Good, but why don't we rest for a moment, schools about to start anyways," he said as he walked over to one of the lampposts nearby, placing his hand on it and electricity started to crackle on the edges of it. The bolts of electricity ran up onto Raikos arm and seemed to settle there
He drew his hand back, sighing in relief "That feels better, you two really drained me of my energy"
Sierra fell backward and onto the ground, smiling "At least that's progress" she said as she stared up at the sky
"Still can't beat you though, not yet anyway" Yn mumbled as he sheathed his blade
Raiko chuckled "You can try, but I'll always beat you," he said as he ruffled Yn's hair
Yn didn't move his hand, he quietly stood there and let Raiko ruffle his hair, it was a usual thing that he did, however, it would always end with Yn pushing his hand away, arguing, and then Raiko proceeding to tease him. However, that didn't happen this time
"Hey, Raiko..." Yn started, causing the man to look down at him with curiosity "What's the news about what they're going to do to us?"
Raiko looked at him sadly and took his hand off of his head. However, he placed it on his shoulder right after "You don't need to worry, your request has already been approved" he looked over at Sierra, who was sleeping on the ground, causing a small smile to appear on his face, before his eyes showed his sadness when Yn asked about the next part
"And What have they decided to do with me?"
"....." there was only silence for a moment, Yn couldn't tell if it was Raiko not wanting to speak, or him accidentally using his quirk to silence him, not wanting to hear the answer just yet
After a moment of eerie silence, he started to answer the question
"They haven't made a final decision, but there is one thing they can agree upon" he started, sighing sadly "They're going to grant your second request, however, you have a time limit. If you can't do it by the time the sports festival comes around, they're going to use him"
Yn knew of who he was talking about. Someone that was like someone he knew from what seemed like a long time ago, someone who had a quirk that made him a high priority target
A man that could transfer a quirk from one person to another, however, there were a few catches. He could not keep a quirk, he only transferred from one person to another or even traded them between people, and he cannot evoke his quirk on the same person twice.
