The villains stood there, as did the two new arrivals.
"Shit!" Echo cursed under his breath. He was worried because when he met Sierra's gaze, he knew that she wasn't going to try and hide what she could do. He was hoping that in order to keep herself a secret, she wouldn't show what she could do to everyone in the class, which would give him the advantage he would need, but now, that was not even a possibility.
She seemed much like Yn, Neutral. But it sent shivers down his spine. He didn't want to fight her one on one if she was willing to go all out.
"What's wrong? We can take her" Tomoe took a few steps forward, bending and flexing her fingers a bit until they gave a satisfying crack. "She was only ranked at Juliet, it should be easy"
Echo shook his head "No, it won't be. She's ready to use everything, meaning she's powerful and has annoying quirks" he clicked his tongue in annoyance "I'm not sure what rank she would be, but she was offered to take my rank as Echo when she was still with us"
"So why is she still ranked at Juliet?" Tomoe asked as she stared at the girl that twisted the spear in her hands elegantly, before making the tip crash into the ground, blowing some of the stone away.
"Because she refused to move up in rank. She said that she didn't want to be called Echo, and preferred the name, Juliet, though now it seems she's taken up the name Sierra" he chuckled a bit to himself "So as far as I know, she was on par with me"
"But that was before you were given your new quirk. Having that extra one might even the playing field" Tomoe looked behind her towards Yn and the hero that stood in front of the unconscious boy "The real problem is that guy"
Raiko stood there, with the red and borderline black lightning swirling around him, indicating his anger and desire to kill the enemies that lay in front of him.
"He's just letting his intentions be known" she mumbled "Nomu!" she called over the purple-skinned giant, just in case he decided to attack her quickly. "Nomu, you can go all out against the guy, it doesn't matter if he dies, just be sure to leave Yn alive"
"So, are we going with the usual plan? If we want them dead, kill them, and if we want them alive, rip their limbs off?" Echo asked as he dawned his two twin knives once more.
"Yep," Tomoe answered as she faced Sierra as well, leaving Raiko to fight the Nomu. "Once we kill him and take her, we'll get Yn to spill the info he has, even if we need to go through some...unorthodox methods" she grinned "I'm sure that at this point he's used to having lost one of his senses, I'm sure he could get used to losing two or three more"
They covered their eyes in a moments notice when a blinding dark light flashed violently from behind them, and they looked back to see that Raiko had put on his hat once more. He had heard their small conversation and was more than angry.
"Just try it! I dare you!" His voice was filled with anger as the lightning was now only one color. It was black. Such a pitch black lightning seemed to be taking in the light around it. They knew what that color meant. It meant that he wanted them dead!
