3rd POV
Raiko was waiting on top of another building, swinging his feet back and forth off as he sat on the edge.
He sighed, waiting for the students that were supposed to fight him, he didn't actually expect them to beat him, but he wanted them to get some experience facing someone more powerful and experienced than them to let them find where they stand at the moment.
Doing this could allow the arrogant ones to understand that they cannot do everything alone and that there is always someone better than you out there.
His eyes were immediately drawn to the small movement he believed he saw, and he narrowed his eyes at it.
He jumped down from the building and walked down the middle of the street of the fake city.
He wasn't surprised when he heard yelling from behind him
"DIE!!!"
He pivoted on one foot, turning around nearly instantly, and pushed a giant, grenade-like gauntlet to one side, causing an explosion that decimated the street.
However, he didn't stop there, he was already bringing his other hand up to blow him up.
But, an in instant, Raiko's hand was already on his face, and while moving with his arm, he smashed the back of Katsuki's head into the ground while running an electric current through him, causing him to scream in pain.
He released him a second later as he had to jump forward, rolling into another stance in order to dodge a blow by a spiky red-haired student.
Most likely, Katsuki will attack recklessly, he will most likely overestimate himself, and even if he has a plan, Raiko will be fast enough that it won't work on him
Raiko put his hand out, and solely by instinct, Kirishima raised his arms, hardening them in order to defend from whatever attack would come
We have to use them as a distraction, it'll be a good chance to surprise him
A lightning bolt shot out of his hand, and when it hit Kirishima's arms it sent him skidding back, trying to keep his arms up while dealing with the pain
A bright laser came shining out of an alleyway, but Raiko jumped out of the way before it even came close to touching him
However, Raiko is fast and so he'll be able to dodge most of our attacks
Raiko pointed his hand towards where the laser originated from, but he instead rolled forwards, letting the wall of ice that came from his side pass by behind him
We can't let him attack, he could knock most people out with a single bolt of lightning
Raiko looked to his left, his right, above, and ahead of him. Mostly everyone from the class was already making their way towards him, surrounding him on all sides and even ahead of him, and with an ice wall behind him he was trapped
He knows that Sierra and I will come up with a plan to beat him, we know how he fights and he'll be expecting us
Raiko did not wait for them to come to him. He moved on his own, running straight at them beside the wall of ice, the first person he got close to was Sato, who had already consumed a decent amount of sugar
We need to create distractions, sadly the best way to do that is with everyone here, but we need to get Kirishima and Katsuki back into the fight.
Raiko easily dodged the first punch from Sato, moving to one side to his back was facing him. He quickly put grabbed his extended arm, continuing with his usual strategy of running electric currents through his opponents on contact, and simultaneously kicked one of his feet out from under him.
