(Lucy and Edna paid attention)
(Lucy was sitting at the table reading in the book and Edna was standing and walking around)
SCENE 3
(At the music room)
You might think...
(he paused because he couldn't utter the words)
(he tried again)
You m.. Might...
(but he stopped)
(Edna was standing in front of him)
(he turned to her)
(She smiled)
(He kept staring at her without blinking)

Lucy: Edna!
(Lucy was reading in the book)
SCENE 5
(At the music room)
(Edna looked at Lucy then she went to her)
(Adam wasn't blinking still and looking at where Edna had left)
SCENE 6
(Edna went to see Lucy)
(Lucy showed her something in the book)
Lucy: could it be this?
(Adam joined them in the room)
(Edna was reading the book)
(she slowly turned the page then she was surprised to see that a symbol she had seen before)
Edna (pointing at the symbol): I know this...
(the symbol was a head with dual faces and a crescent over one and a sun over the other )
(that was the second symbol, Edna found in the indoor garden)
Edna: what does it mean? What language is this?
Lucy: Ancient Narthren
(Lucy stood up and came near Edna)
(Adam was intrigued)
Edna: Ancient Narthren?
Lucy: it's an ancient Holy language... It is said that it was used by the gods and their Holy creation...
(Lucy looked at her)
Lucy: but...
(Edna looked at her)
Lucy: it is a dead language..... there are no transcripts...
(Edna was shocked then she looked at the symbol)
Edna: but... There was a Latin translation to this symbol....
(Lucy stared at her)
Lucy: Latin might be a little easier...
(Edna remembered)
Edna: my dad's office... The paper was there
Lucy (frowning) : why did your dad have a Latin transcript to Ancient Narthren?
(Edna looked at her)
Edna: because he was my dad...
(she walked away)
Edna: I'll get the paper....
(Adam's face was serious)
SCENE 7
(in front of her dad's office)
(Edna was about to open the door but Adam caught the door knob)
(she turned to him)
Adam: N.. No
(he was frowning hard and looking at the door knob)
Edna: Adam.... I have to get inside...
(he didn't say anything. He was just holding the door knob with a glare on his face)
Edna: Adam... It's OK...
Adam: No...
(Edna stood in front of Adam)
Edna: Adam, I have to get this paper...we need to know what is happening...
(but he wasn't moving)
(Edna kept staring at him)
Edna (gently): you might be in danger
( still not moving and he didn't care)
Edna: we might be in danger...
(he paused then slowly he let the knob go)
(Edna slowly reached the door knob)
(she opened the door)
Adam (glaring at the door): with... You
(she smiled)
Edna: okay...
(she tried to enter but he pushed her and got in first)
SCENE 8
(Inside the office)
(Edna found the paper on the ground then she took it)
(while she was getting the paper, she stared at something on the ground but she didn't say anything)
(she got up and turned)
(she found Adam close to her face)
(he looked serious)
Edna: I found it
(he kept looking around)
(they both walked out safely)
SCENE 9
(At the table)
(Lucy was reading the paper)
Lucy: "The First Offspring"
(Edna frowned)
Edna: Offspring?
Lucy: this is what the symbol says.... the "First Offspring"
(She turned to Edna)
Lucy: there is a whole magical foundation concept....called "Glumnolc"
(Lucy opened the book she had with her)
(she opened a page with more words and pictures of evil looking people)
Lucy: the history of "Glumnolc" that it is associated with some powerful ancient entities called, "The First Offspring"...
Edna: what do you mean by "associated" ?
(Lucy turned the page and there were more pictures)
(the pictures were for wizards standing in a summoning circle)
Lucy: during the ancient times, high ranking priests were using special spells to summon those entities... For their evil doings..
(she pointed at the symbol)
Lucy: and they summoned them using this symbols...
Edna: so this symbol... Is only used to keep them under control...
Lucy: only by a very skillful priest who has a vast knowledge about the dark art of the ancient world...
(she paused)
Edna (thinking loud): why did I see this symbol here?
(Lucy was staring at her)
Lucy: "Glumnolc" is a long forgotten art... Not only because it is dark and evil... But in order to master it, you need to understand Ancient Narthren....
(Edna paused)
Edna: which is a dead language...
(Lucy nodded)
Lucy: no book can help knowing about these entities
Edna: yes but for now... What does this have to do with Adam? And why did he see that?
(she looked at Adam who was staring at them without blinking)
(Lucy looked at the sketch then back to him)
Lucy: I wish I could help, Edna... But it's little known about them... Barely... actually....
(she stood straight)
Edna: dad had this paper for a reason...
(Lucy and Edna stared at each other)
(Edna took a deep breath)
SCENE 10
(At Brington's school)
(Lucy entered quickly trying to sneak in with the book)
Jason: Miss Turner
(Lucy froze and closed her eyes as she got caught)
(she slowly turned as she was carrying the book)
(Jason was standing with a strong face and clever eyes)
Jason: may I ask where have you been the whole day? Especially with one of the oldest books in our library?
(she paused)
(his eyes were serious)
Lucy (hesitation) : studying...
(he smirked)
Jason: I could certainly believe that you were boiling some poor fellow in a disgusting cordon using the knowledge of this book than to believe that you were studying...
(she avoided eye contact with him)
(she looked behind him, she found a blonde girl smiling evilly at Lucy then she left)
(Jason approached her)
Jason (strong tone): Miss Turner, I won't ask again...
(she looked at him)
Jason (deep voice): where were you with my precious book?
(she stared without saying a word)
(he glared)
SCENE 11
(At night)
(At the mansion)
(In Ray's room)
(he was sitting on a chair)
(Edna entered gently with two cups of herbal tea)
(he stood up)
Ray: Miss, Reed
Edna (gently): it's OK, Ray... Sit down
(he Sat down)
(she gave him the cup)
(he looked at the cup)
Ray: thank you, Miss Reed
(she smiled)
Edna: just thought something might help you sleep... instead of staying up all night
(he stared at her)
(she laughed)
Edna: do you think I don't know?
(she put the cup down and folded her arms)
(she smiled)
Edna: the exists and the entrance to the mansion...inside the office... They all have that secret white powder of yours...
(he looked down)
(she grinned widely)
Edna: ever since I was a little girl...
(he paused)
Edna: you always carry the responsibility of protecting me...
(she kneeled with a gentle smile)
Edna: although I never knew.... What are you protecting me from?
(he lifted up his head to her)
Ray: Miss Reed...
(he paused)
Ray: Adam...
(he paused)
Ray:... Is dangerous for you...
(her smiled disappeared)
(She stood)
Edna: what makes say that?
(he looked down)
Edna: Ray, do you know something?
(he remained quiet)
(she paused)
Edna: okay...
(she printed a kiss on his head)
Edna: Good night, old Ray
(she was walking away)
Ray: you don't have to protect everyone...
(she stopped at the door)
Ray: you are worth protecting, too...
(she slowly turned to him)
Edna: I can protect myself...
(he paused then she went out)
SCENE 12
(at the mansion)
(while leaving Ray's room)
(Edna heard sounds upstairs where Adam was staying)
(she ran upstairs)
SCENE 13
(At the mansion)
(upstairs)
(Edna found the doctor who treated Adam at the hospital)
(he lifted up his head to her. He had red evil eyes and and evil smirk)
(Adam came out of his room)
(more shadows gathered around Edna)
(Adam started to shout)
(he was shouting but not saying a word)
(the shadows turned to him)
Edna: no... I'm here... Leave him alone...
(they stared to approach him)
(she tried to touch one of them, but it burnt her skin)
(Suddenly, Ray appeared with his secret powder)
(he sprayed at Adam then at Edna)
(the shadows couldn't touch them for some reason)
(the shadows turned to Ray and they headed to him)
Edna (screaming) : Ray... No
(Suddenly, Edna closed her eyes and they glowed blue)
(the Shadows turned to her)
Edna: I'm not losing another one...
(a blue glow came out of her hands)
(She shielded and protected the three of them)
(the doctor checked Edna with his red eyes and he grinned)
(they all left)
(Adam and Ray checked Edna with wide eyes)
(she still had the glowing blue smoke coming out of her hands)
(she was on her knees with her head down. She couldn't breath well)
(Ray almost cried and wanted to approach her)
(she started to sound like a wild wounded animal)
Ray: Miss Reed?
(Edna' voice changed)
(she lifted her hand stopping Ray from approaching)
Edna (scary voice): stay where you are...
(Adam was worried but he wasn't blinking)
(she stood up then ran outside to her room)
