Episode 3 - At The Gates

SCENE 1
(at the mansion)
(Max was staring at Edna)
(Edna was looking down then she turned to Max)
Max: you okay?
Edna: yes...
(Edna paused)
Edna: sorry if I caused you troubles
Max: don't be... You said it.... Amazingly disturbed...
(they smiled)
Max: I think I should be going... You think you will okay?
Edna: yea...thank you
(they hugged)
(Max printed a kiss over Edna's forehead)
Max: take care
(then she left)
Edna: yea, you too
(Edna shut the door)

SCENE 2
(She headed to the room where Adam was)
(he was eating the flowers on the table)
(she smirked)
Edna: may be it's time to get you something to eat...
(he turned to her with flowers petals in his mouth)

SCENE 3
(while they were eating)
Adam: Ed...d..d..na
(she turned to him in a surprise)
(she grinned widely)
(she left the food)
Edna: you can talk?
Adam: Y... Y... Yes...
(he was still motionless but with an eased face)
(he pointed at the food)
Adam: go.. Good
(she kept her smiling face)
Adam: h..h..hurt
(her smile disappeared)
Edna: what?
(he pointed at his forehead)
Adam: you..
(she touched her cuts on her forehead)
Edna: yea... But I'm fine..
(she smiled again)
Adam: he...he...heal
Edna: soon.. It will heal soon
(he paused)
(he showed her his palm)
Adam: he.. Heal...
(she didn't understand)
(suddenly Ray entered)
(he brought in grooming tools)
(Adam stared at them with a surprise)
(Edna looked at the tools, the back to him with a smile)
(Adam frowned)
Edna: it's okay... It's going to be fun
(she had a weak smile)

SCENE 4
(Edna was standing and grooming Adam's hair)
(Adam was sitting on a chair)
Adam: G.. G.. Go.. Good?
(Edna smiled widely while grooming)
Edna: hope you will like it after all...
(she paused and her smile disappeared)
Edna: my brother used to like it...
Adam: wh..where.. B.. B.. Broth...th..er?
(she stopped with a sad face then back to grooming)
Edna: in a place that's definitely better than here.. ..
(she finished then she showed him and us the new haircut)
(he looked very handsome with the new short hair and a short fringe)
(she showed him a mirror)
(he was staring at it)
Adam: me.. I see... M... M... Me
(she smirked)
Edna: it's a mirror... So what do you think?
(he looked at her then he stood and gave her a hug without a smile)
(she was shocked)
(he looked at her without smiling)
(she was still surprised)
Adam: you... Max... H..h...hug.....f...frie...friends...
(Edna was at ease)
(she slowly smirked as she knew he was imitating them)
(the hug means Thank you)
Edna: you are welcome...
(she was smiling)

SCENE 5
(At Brighton's school - Jason's school)
(the School's building was huge and old and had too many classes)
(a young man was teaching young wizards how to fight and use weapons in a normal combat style)
(he was a young man with a strong physique)
(he was wearing a black tank and a pair of navy jeans. He had a short blond hair)
(Edna was walking towards him with a smile)
Edna: Ryan!
(he turned to her)
Ryan: Edna?!
(he had a wide smile)
(they hugged)
Ryan: it's really good to see you....
(he looked at her)
Ryan: how long has it been?
Edna (smiling): years...
(he paused with a smile)
Ryan: we've missed so much
(she looked to the ground)
Edna: I know
(she looked at him)
Edna: I've missed you all so much, too
(she looked at one of the windows)
Edna: is Jason here?
(she looked at him)
Ryan: in his office...
Edna: good... I need to see him...
Ryan: sure....
(he paused)
Ryan: wait..... are you coming back?
Edna (smiling): no Ryan...
Ryan (disappointed): OK... Let me take you to him, then
(they walked towards the building)

SCENE 6
(Outside Jason's office)
(Edna stopped walking)
Edna: you know what... You should tell him first
(Ryan turned to her)
Ryan: what? Why?
Edna: just tell him that I would like to see him and that I'm waiting outside...
Ryan: OK... as you wish...
(he knocked at the door then entered the office)
