Eidetic Corp Journal – Bobby Xiang
Day 16,
Obsidia still hates Eileen. Ever since the update, or what she calls the "shutdown," she's been forcing me to turn Eileen off. I turn her back on when she leaves. Dr. Jenkins thinks that I should keep her off for good too, but we settled on only keeping her off at night. I haven't broken that promise. They're both right about needing restorative sleep, and I was wrong for not noticing that for so long. I can honestly say that I missed my dreams. I need my sleep. It helps the brain.
EileenTV is amazing. Nothing better than watching your memories on the big screen. Obsidia is "letting" me have Eileen back come the end of the week. I think she knows that I'm still using Eileen. That's probably why she hasn't "allowed" me to use her for two weeks instead of one... She's smarter than I am, but my memory is a lot better than hers will ever be. She wants me to get rid of Eileen, but I can't do that. She's too helpful.
I'll make Obsidia happy though. Our four-year anniversary is coming up in two days. I can't wait. She's going to be excited to get her gift.
