Chapter Five

" Was the book opened to a certain page when you saw it ? " I asked him. He shook his head.

I groaned. I jut don't understand , where would Niall's body be. " Harry is there anyway to find out if his body was in the casket ? "

" I can call the funeral home " He suggested. I nodded and waved him off .

Harry left the room to make the phone call while I sat here thinking.

A chilling breeze brushed past my bare arms , and gave me goosebumps causing me to shiver with discomfort.

Maybe I should put on a sweater. I got up and walked into the large walk in closet , immediately taken in by Niall's scent.

Instead of turning to my side of the closet to grab a sweater , my body made it's way to Niall's side , where I picked his green Jack Wills hoodie off the hanger.

Once putting it on I took in a deep breathe. It almost felt as if he was here again. Then that's when I realized the feeling of hands around my waist and pressure on my shoulder.

Ever so slightly I looked into the full body mirror standing in front of me , and there behind me stood Niall. This didn't shock me .

Niall always put his hands around my waist , hugging me from the back. The part that scared me was remembering he is dead.

Is this just a delusion ? " Don't give up Ally " He spoke. His voice was music to my ears and even more angelic than I remember it as.

Snap out of it Ally , it's all a figure of your imagination . " Listen to me okay ? I'm not an allusion . I'm here right now with you " What the hell ? Did he ju -

" Yes I read your mind "

" This isn't real . This isn't real , I'm going crazy " I kept rambling while pacing the bedroom floor. " You're going crazy "

" Please Alyssa you can help me " He tried grabbing my hands. Something he did to calm me down.

" If your a ghost how come I can feel your touch and .... and I can touch you and I can't see through you ! " This is insane.

He chuckled with that famous laugh. " That's all stereo types " He explained. " I'm always here Ally , just say my name and I'll be here in a second " I heard footsteps outside the room then Harry entered.

I quickly looked at him then looked back around the room for Niall but saw nothing.

Luckily Harry didn't notice my sketchy change in character. " Well we were both wrong about Niall's body not being there . They said they even had pictures of him in there , but I told them I could do without pictures "

I just nodded. " it's getting late , I should probably head home " Harry said standing up again.

I didn't realize how late it was until Harry mentioned that and I looked at the time. It was nearly ten at night.

Harry gave me a quick hug then went to leave through the doorway. " Wait Harry ? " I called. He stopped dead and flipped back around . " You might as well stay tonight .... I mean because it's already late and you seen tired and also because .... " I trailed off.

" Okay I'll stay tonight " He smiled. " I'll go stay in the room right across the hall , yeah ? "

" Alright " I said just above a whisper. He nodded and said ' goodnight ' before leaving my room , closing the door behind him.

Some how a small smile crept on my face . At least I have Harry through this.

I went back over to the closet and stripped from my jeans into a pair of Niall's sweat pants. This may be pathetic but it makes me feel better.

After I did that , I climbed into the huge king sized bed and turned off the lamp. My eyes started to feel droopy and began closing then I heard a slight whisper in my ear.

" Goodnight Alyssa , I love you "
