-OLIVERS POV-
He watched as Lana said about going to see Wendy. It took a moment for him to process the words that she was saying, why? What would that change? She had abandoned his precious Lana in that hell hole. It was him that had rescued Lana. If it was not for him, Lana would have still been in that place. Wendy  did not deserve Lana's time. She would only cry and try to fill Lana's head with words of pity for herself and how they could start a new life together.
It would undo all the hard work Oliver had done to try and make Lana his. Oliver was no fool he was more then aware that Lana was still in love with Wendy. She would cry at night and mumble her name. Asking why wendy never loved her enough to rescue her. It broke Oliver's heart every time Lana would do that. How could Wendy be so Cruel.

Of corse Oliver could not express his true feelings on the matter because really, it had nothing to do with him. She said she only wanted to see Wendy so she could move on.. maybe he could use this to his advantage.

"Do you really think it is a good idea? I mean What are you planning on saying to her?" Oliver asked in the nicest way possible.

Lana sighed and looked down slightly as she shrugged softly before speaking.

"I don't know.. I just want to know why she left me there.. if she loved me she would have came and got me out of that place.. but she never did. it's as if she just forgot about me.. like I was nothing."

Lana said sadly. Usually Lana was a strong and independent woman who never really showed her weaker side, yet around Oliver she felt safe and comfortable.  She knew she did not have to hide that part of herself from Oliver .

"Then why give her a chance? I understand you want to know however Lana , some stones are best left unturned."

Lana sighed and looked up into Oliver's deep brown eyes.

Oliver looked back at her. He could see the determination and fire that was still present in Lana's big brown eyes.

"I need to know why."

Oliver only nodded. After all. If he wanted to be with Lana . He would need to stick by her for better and worst... right?

"Okay. We will leave in the morning. I will drive you there and if you need me. I will be there" he said Softy, his eyes still locked with Lana's.

Lana sighed in relief. Happy that Oliver had respected her decision and also offered to support her through it.

She leaned over and kissed his cheek softy.

"Thank you,Oliver"

She said before laying down next to him with her hand and head on his chest. With In little time Lana had fallen  back to sleep.

Oliver's heart was pounding against his chest, he was sure Lana could hear it. He was nervous yet happy with the progress they was making yet there was still  tomorrow. He laid back down and looked at Lana's sleeping face.

They both had a big day ahead of them.

Fate had promised Lana was going to be his and after all...

"Fate can't be wrong"

Oliver mumbled very quietly before he smiled and closed his eyes.
