She started off small,
Delicate and nothing,
Still in protection of her mother nature's bed,
She longed to be big and beautiful,
Like her.Days after days,
She watched her,
And became insecure about herself,
Her small stubby structure.
She only became more beautiful,
But her she stayed the same.Showers of beauty
Came her way,
Washing away her insecurities,
Making her believe. Now she stands tall,
Beautiful but delicate,
She stands strong,
Better than she has ever been,
Because she's no longer that girl,
She's beautiful the way she is,
Herself.-

Xoxo.I feel like the inspiration behind this is loving yourself.
Beauty standards in our present day society are unrealistic and of course influence younger girls.
I just wanted to say to anyone struggling with body image or insecurities that they are normal and frankly everyone has them, but everyone's beautiful in their own way, fuck the beauty standards and stand tall queen.
