Recap: You and Craig kissed. You dont know why, but you liked it and he said he liked it too. Its been very awkward. You havent talked to him in a week. BTW- Your parents are back in town!(: and so are Craigs.
Its around 3:00 in the morning and you cant sleep ever since you and Craig kissed. You keep trying to tell yourself that it was nothing, but something is telling you that it was more. Should you text him? nahh. he probably doesnt even care. But what if he does? Whats the worst that can happen?
You pull out your phone from the drawer and text craig.
You: You up?
5 minutes later you get a text, but not from Craig but Jacob.
Jacob: Yoo YN. I miss you! I havent seen you run lately. I cant go to sleep, are you awake?
You: Yess jacob. I miss you too. Ive been having some problems lately. Wanna hang out right now?
Jacob:Yes, meet me at the usual running spot.
You: Okay, ill be there in 20 minutes.
You run into the bathroom and brush your teeth. You put on some cute pajama shorts and an oversized sweater and some uggs. you got your keys and phone. You wak to the door and you were about to open it when your mom comes from the kitchen.
You: *thinking* Shit, i totally forgot. *out loud* hey mom.
YM ( Your mom): Where do you thhink your going?
You: uhh, i cant sleep im just going for a drive.
YM: Dont stay out to late, okay?
You: Okay mom, I love you.
YM: I love you too.
You unlock the door and head out of the house. You walk down your semi steep driveway and unlock your car.
You: I cant wait to see Jacob so ii can finally talk to someone about this since my " Bff" doesnt want to answer her phone.
Your finally reach the park and you see a big ass afro. You walk over to him and he gets up to hug you.
You: Hello Jacob.
Jacob: Whatsup beautiful.
You guys eventually let go and sit down.
You: I havent been doing so well.
Jacob: Why not.
You: Its a long story.
Jacob: And ive got a long time.
You explain the whole giving Craig a lap dance and explain the kiss.
Jacob: Well damn.
You: exactly.
You put your head jacobs shoulder. Cuddling your head into his neck. he puts his arm around you.
Jacob: I think you should talk to him.
You: Well I did. I sent him a text like 25 minutes ago asking if hes awake but he didnt repsond. He obviously doesnt like me.
Jacob: Ever think that he might be asleep?
You: true, true.
Jacob: I bet he is thinking the same thing as you.
You: I hope. I really like him... I think.
Jaocb: If you have to think about it, then you probably dont like him. Your just confused.
You: What do you mean?
Jacob: Like when I first saw you, I knew you only came running to see me and honestly i only came running to see you. Then when we first talked, i knew i liked you. There was no, I think i like her. It was like ya i like her, i wanna get to know her.
You:*blushing hella hard but he cant tell because its dark out* Oh well.
Jacob: Im sorry, it was the only example i could think of.
You get up from his shoulder and try to look him in the eye but you cant really see him.
You: Do you still like me?
There was a long silence.
Jacob: Yea, I still like you... i think.
You: So you dont really like me, Your just confused?
Jacob: very. I dont know that i like you but i do know that im jealous of other guys kissing on you. Thats where I get confused.
You: Oh, I get you.
Jacob: But dont worry about the Craig thing because honestly. You can get a guy to like you, very easily.
You: Thanks Jacob. I guess i should get going, its already 3:45.
Jacob: Yea its a lil late. We def gotta meet up again.
You: For sure.
You get up to hug him and he does the same. You guys hug from for a lil longer than last time. he pulls you closer to him and kisses your forhead.
Jacob: You'll get him. I promise.
You* smile* Bye Jacob.
You get back in your car and sit there and think. I really do want something more with Craig but what if he doesnt? I want him.. no i need him. I really do. he makes me feel better about myself and hes so cute and funny. I miss him.
you check your phone and see a message from Craig replying to your "you awake?"
Craig: mhm.
You just look at the text message. Usually he would respond like, Of course babygirl or I am now but only for you beautiful.
What the hell. Did i mess everything up? But he kissed me. but i kissed back. Im so confused all i wanna do iis talk to him.
But i need to go to bed first. When i wakeup tomorrow, Im going to his house to see him.
