Lilah's Pov
Today was the Halloween party/Concert. I really didn't know what to call it. I finished putting together my costume last night, I was being a ninja. Yes, a ninja. I really didn't want to dress up slutty, and ninjas are badass so... Yep.

" Lilah! Do you need a ride to the concert thing? " My dad shouts from the stairs.

" Nope! " I say sliding on my costume.

" Alright! Tell me when you're leaving! "

I looked in the mirror. I looked fucking sick! I ended up doing stupid ninja moves in the mirror for a good three minutes. I walked to my bathroom and started to curl my hair. I was really excited about this, I had a chance to meet Ryan fucking Ross. I put on my mascara and slipped on my vans. I run downstairs and smile.

" I called you an Uber. " My dad says.

" Thank you! " I say taking a bite of a taco.

" No alcohol and- "

" No drugs unless they come from the ground. " I say smiling.

" Good! I may have to go to the station tonight. " My dad says.

My dad was a fireman. He's fricken badass!

I nod. " Alright. "

" The Uber's here! Be safe, please. "

I wrap my dad in a hug. " Alright, I Love you "

" Love you too the moon and back. " My dad says as I walk out of the door.

I get into the Uber and smile.

" Where to? " The driver asks.

" Uh... Donkeys. " I say.

" Alright. "

I scrolled through Instagram and waited for the car to arrive. I looked out the window and saw the small line of people.

" $14.32, " The man says.

I hand him my hard and wait. He hands me my card back and smiles.

" Have a good night. "

" You too! " I say getting out of the car.

I walk to the line and wait until we could go in.

" Sick costume! " A girl says, she wasn't in a costume but she was really pretty.

I blush and look down. " Thanks! You're not too bad yourself. "

" Thanks! So... What's your name? " She asks.

" I'm Lilah. " I say smiling.

She brushed her perfect naturally curly hair out of her face and smiled.
" I'm Abby. "

" Nice to meet you! " I say giggling.

" Nice to meet you also! " Abby says.

" The line is moving. " I say in a singing song voice.

" Oh fuck yeah! " Abby says giggling.

" Honestly, I might die. " I say laughing.

" Mood! " Abby says.

" I stan Ryan. " I say giggling.

" I love this man more than I love myself. " Abby says smiling.

" Okay, this might sound weird but you're really fricken beautiful... I'm sorry " I say looking down.

She giggles and lifts my head. " Thank you, but you're more beautiful. "

I blush softly. " Thanks but not really. "
