It'd been a year since my dad had broken into mine and Josh's flat. He was locked up in prison on a thirty-five year sentence. I was now nineteen, Josh was twenty-two, and we'd moved into another apartment, one closer to one of my newest best friends, Rosemary. The two had been together for exactly one year, today and it was also her twentieth birthday.

Josh and the boys were in our flat getting ready and Danielle, Eleanor, Rosie, and myself were getting ready in Rosie's flat.

The four of us had become super close, all having boyfriends and best friends that were on tour for half of the year, we relied on each other a lot, whether we were sad or happy, or whatever.

"How do I look?" Rosemary asked, standing in front of the three of us.

"Beautiful." Eleanor said.

"Amazingly gorgeous!" Danielle added.

"Rose, you could be in sweats, a t-shirt, messy bun, and no make-up and Josh would still think you're the most beautiful girl to walk the face of the earth. Ever."

Rosemary smiled, "Thanks, loves!"

The birthday/one anniversary/friend gathering wasn't coat and tie attire, but, we all still dressed up in dresses that would drive the boys crazy. We weren't dressed slutty, but, we knew how to wear just the right amount to drive them mental.

We all stepped out of the flat to see a limo waiting for us outside.

All six of the boys were leaning up against the limo in dress shirts and black pants.

Okay, so maybe it could've been coat and tie formal, but, that's beside the point.

The four of us stood out on the balcony, looking down at the stunning lads below.

"SMILE!!!!!" I said as I took a picture of them, then us.

We walked downstairs and greeted the boys.

Josh walked over to Rosemary and grabbed her hands as he pressed his forehead to hers.

"There's my beautiful birthday girl." He said with a smile. He wrapped his arms around her waist, picked her up, and spun her around. "Happy one year anniversary, baby." He said before he kissed her.

As they kissed, I took a picture, definitely going to edit and send them that one.

"A limo, Josh? Really?" Rosemary asked, as he put her down and she faced him.

"Why? Do you not like it? Because I could always take it back."

"Stop it." She said as she poked his stomach. "You know I love it!"

"Alright you two, enough being too adorable for words! The restaurant's not going to wait forever!!!" I called.

We all got into the limo and were pulling up to one of THE nicest restaurants in the UK.

We were all seated. Rosemary sat across from Josh and I sat beside him, Niall across from me and Harry beside me.

Before any orders were taken, a waitress brought out a round, medium sized cake and set it down in front of Rosemary.

The cake read, "Happy twentieth birthday, Rosemary(:"

She blushed and Josh had the dorkiest grin across his face.

Soon enough, the waitress took our ourders and brought our drinks. I banned Niall from alcohol, he did NOT need to ruin tonight.

Halfway through the meal, another cake was delivered to the table.

"Happy one year anniversary, baby(: I love you<3" Were the words on the second one.

"Josh, you didn't have to!" Rosemary said.

"Oh, beautiful, but I did!" Josh replied with a grin.

It seemed to take us forever to eat.

Niall had already scarfed down half of the second cake and was working on his meal after having two appetizers.

"Niall, babe, where in this world, does ALL of that food go?!"

He shrugged and kept piling it in.

Everyone was done eating and we were all pretty much just sitting around and enjoying each others company.

"Who's paying for all of this?" Rosie asked.

"Don't worry about that, baby. Worry about this." Josh said, nodding to a waitress that was bringing yet another cake over to Rosie.

As she was turned to look at the waitress, I reached under the table and squeezed Josh's knee. He reached into his pocket as the waitress waited for him to tell her to sit the cake down. He nodded at her and she sat the cake down.

"Will You Marry Me?"

Rosemary read before looking up at Josh, who was no longer in his seat. She looked behind her, to her left, where Josh was kneeling and she got up out of her chair.

"Well?" Josh asked as she grabbed her hand with the hand he wasn't holding the box with. "Will you marry me?"

Tears were streaming down Rosemary's face as she nodded furiously.

"Yes! Of course I will!" She said.

Josh put the ring on her finger, stood up, and kissed her before the whole, ENTIRE restaurant erupted in cheer and applause, our table being especially loud.

Josh's fingers never left the spaces in between Rosemary's the entire way home.

I was so insanely happy that Josh had finally found his Cinderella<3
