ch.2 following ban

The door gives a big bang. I curl my wings to hide me. The huge cell door breaks open and someone steps in. "hey! Is anyone in here?" eek! its a thief!! "w-who are you?" I ask "I ask the questions ok? I'm saving you if you can grant my wish ok? Come on." I get up and the chains pull me.

I feel a bit embarrassed. He comes over and pulls to break them. "hurry up. I don't have all day you know." "r-right!" We past the door and I dont see any blood. "can you fly?" He asks me. "n-no my wings are weak." he nods. 

We walk towards  the woods and asks me, "Ok grant my wish. I want you bring back Elaine the fountains maiden." ""Elaine?- Oh I know Elaine." He has a shocked face. "really? Is she up there?" I nod. "when you die you'll understand but your souls goes somewhere close to your body, You can also visit the necropolis. She's with the other fairies but with you wont see her if you die... at least I think." 

He doesn't say anything. "I can't die." "oh... how come?" "could you just bring her back to life?" I don't say anything. "I-I cant." He looks mad. "what? why? You can take my life!-" "no... I have to be up there to do that... I'm sorry." he snickers. "I knew it, Next time don't make up lies." He stats walking off. "I had too! if I didn't no one would save me... every person who came tried.. but died or the guards would kill them.. Your the only one who could do it." He stops, He then turns.

"I don't care. I just needed to see if it was true." "You have to take me with you.-" "no." "yes you do. who ever saves me I owe my life to them." he shakes his head. "I don't need someone being a pain in my ass." what? He cursed? angels dont curse this is kinda weird. 

"Please! I'll do anything you want! I can cook-" "I can cook." "I can fight.-" "I can fight." "I can clean." He doesn't say me but then sigh. "fine! Help me clean and get supplies and stay out of my way. You can follow me and stuff." I smile. 

"thank you..uh...-" "ban. fox sin of greed or  undead ban." "ok sir ban. i'm y/n" "yeah, yeah, hurry up and come on." "y-yes."We start walking off and I stay behind him.

Wow the fox sin of greed. He's so cute up close... how does he know Elaine? "so.. how do you know Elaine?" I ask trying to break the silence. "She's my girlfriend and i'm trying to bring her back to life." "s-sorry about me not bringing her back." "i-its fine" 

Soon we set up camp. I pick up all the sticks and rocks to move them out the way. I want to be as helpful as I can so I sir ban doesn't change his mind about not bringing me. Omg I think I have a crush on him. I blush a Little and then bring over them over. "here you go. I tried getting water but it was too far and dirty." "Thats ok I have water and food, what do you eat?" "oh.. anything is fine."

It gets night time and ban cooks up food that looks so good! "Ok here you go." "Thanks." It was cold since we didn't have a tent and only fire wood. Ban had one blanket and pillow and I'm guessing he's going to use it for himself.

Night comes and he throws a blanket in my face. "Here. Use this." "W-what about you?" "I can live. Be up tomorrow I won't wait. But lucky for you I sleep late." "O-ok."

I soon fall asleep. I'm so happy even if he has a girlfriend... I'm happy.
