The boy comes at me with the rake and then ban comes in front of me. "You ok?" He asks. Hold it in! Don't think to hard about it he just saved you!
"Y-yeah... Thank you." He pulls out the rake and drops it on the ground. The girl wakes up and runs to the boy. "Brother why did you do that? She was only trying to help me!" The boy has tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry! What can I do to atone my sin?" Ban says real sins can't be atoned.
Really? Wow... So me leaving... And doing what was right... is that my sin? "I'm glad you've realized that ban." Ban gets stabbed with a giant sword. The kid who stabbed him starts talking to him ban asks who he is, then I have an idea, I grab the boys arm and start to fly. "h-hey! what are you doing?" "answer his question. He asked who are you, And you will answer him." He struggles to break free.
I feel his weapon coming and I just dodge it. the boy then gives up. "fine I'll answer." "really?" "nope." He gets me off guard and flies away. "ban! y/n!" we turn and see meliodas. "you guys just skipped out on work?" I fly down and apologize. "well ban what do you have to say for yourself?" Ban shrugs "I'm my own man captain I dont need anyone looking after me." Meliodas smirks "but y/n is doing that." 'well thats different. she's quiet and doesn't bother me as much."
that makes me smile. "huh? what did I say?" ban asks me. "oh nothing." He starts walking off and we all head back to boar hat. the two kids from earlier come back and ban cooks them some food.
"Hey y/n bring these over." I snap out of daydreaming. "Oh ok." I pick up ban's plate and bring it over. "Thanks angel lady." They thank. That makes me blush but almost laugh. "Don't worry about it. But I didn't cook this." The food smelled so good.
I walk back over to ban. We get some info about the necropolis and all that stuff. When the kids leave I say, "I don't know guys... It might be spooky and creepy." I don't want to see the dead. "You scared of a few ghosts?" Ban asks in a playful way.
"N-no.. Just saying for a friend." He laughs a little. "I think she's right, there might be ghost everywhere!" Hawk panics "Ok let's go guys. We don't even have to go far." Meliodas says
We close up shop and start calling for kings name. "So do you think that kid was king?" I ask "you saw a kid?" Elizabeth asks. I nod.
Ban walks up ahead of everyone and I follow behind him.
He stands somewhere and thinks. I remember what the kid said.. Share memories from the dead... But I'm not really human nobody I know is gone.
"Oh ban that's so not your style!" I look around and see flowers. "Hey! Come look at these." I call. Elizabeth and me look at the flowers.
"There just some dumb old flowers. You can eat them all day but they'll never fill you up." Hawk blows them and they start spinning. I almost fall over but ban grabs me to help me. I just blush.
He let's go and I open my eyes. We're in the necropolis. Ban looks over to the right and then starts running. Then the boy from earlier comes and I follow after them with my wings.
I look out for ban then my eyes widen in fear and pain mixed together when I see him being turned to stone.
