Lesson 6: Art Club
"Pres, about the scheduling of the School Assembly Hall--"
"Bring the event list over to my desk, I'll take a look at it. Bring over Shikami's too."
"Pres, Shikami wants to know the booths we will be putting up--"
"Lance got the full list. Get him through to them."
"Pres, the fishing club asked if it's okay to borrow the pond for a fishing show--"
"NO. Tell them we don't need a fishing show and go do something else!"
"Pres, some parties are complaining about the--"
"WHO CARES ABOUT THEM-... Actually, go tell those people to write down their complaints and I'll review it."
"Pres, we ran out of--"
"UGH. CAAMEROOOOOOOOOONN!!!!!!"
"Um, pres, your boyfriend's at the door wanting to see you--"
"I DON'T HAVE A BOYFRIEND. IF IT'S HOLLIS KICK HIM OUT."
"Too late!~ Here I am!~" The brat said, skipping over to me and wrapped his arms around me. My face redden and I struggled to kick him away. "GO AWAY. I'M BUSY."
"Whoa, you did a pretty impressive job managing everything! You're that determined to show Toni Amethyst what you can do, huh?" Connor murmured, messing my hair in an affectionate manner. "You look tired. Wanna take a break and get out of here?"
"Are you even listening?! I got a lot on my plate!" I said in a scoff. Lance who overheard walked to us.
He giggled at the sight of me and Connor. "Actually, pres, you need to take a break the most. You've been working hard. Everything's under control, Cameron got it--"
"I DIDN'T SAY SO!!" Cameron screamed from where he's standing. He sounds like he's almost in tears. "PRES, I NEED HELP!!"
I was about to open my mouth to tell them I need to help Cameron, but Lance pushed me and my roommate out of the door of the room. "Don't mind him, he's fine and dandy! Enjoy your break~!"
He slammed the door shut afterwards. Cheezers.
Connor tugged on my sleeve. In annoyance, I turned to him. "What were you trying to do?!"
"Help you get some fresh air, geez. Come on", he said before taking my arm and sprinting through the school hall out to the garden. I frowned at him and pulled to make him stopp. "Look, I really need to go check on some preparations while I'm at it. Can we just pretend you're not interrupting me and be invisible?"
The red-head raised an eyebrow. "You're all-business, aren't you? Loosen up some more! How about this; I'll let you check on whatever preparations as long as you let me come and make you have fun?"
I made a disapproving look, but the moron isn't buying it. "Well, what will be your first stop, pres?" He asked.
I let out a sigh and looked around. "The closest to us right now is the Astrology and Astronomy Club. They're going to open up an Astro-café and give readings", I told him and motioned for the location.
He obeyed and followed me like a dog. Wait, why am I even agreeing to this?
Sure enough, the club was setting up their things by the pond. It's an outdoor café that will be open late during the day of the event for them to be able to see some stars, from what I've read on their proposal. They picked a place far from the planned bonfire and other lights for the best result. The club people were setting up chairs and lanterns everywhere. I'm guessing they're going to make some small constellations on the water.
