I had seen her die. I'd been there. Watched her fall down the stairs and heard her neck sickeningly crack. At that moment I thought she was gone. I didn't know what to say to her brother and relatives.
Some things in this world though aren't meant to happen. Things happen because of fate. Summer wasn't due to die.
I didn't believe in myths such as vampires and werewolves until that day. Now, anything can exist.
The thing is though. Did I cause Summer to die?
