Fear

TRIGGER WARNING

Before I could look at anything I ran to the closet holding my breath. I didn't know where I was and I could feel my heart about to pop out of my chest.

*creak*

The door started opening slowly. Chu, chu, chu. The footsteps got closer and closer. I couldn't contain myself. I screamed. Not to loud but a pretty loud shriek.

"Are you ok!!?" A voice yelled. I kept screaming while crying and choked on my tears. "Alexianna!!" The voice yelled again. I continued crying, loudly.

The voice came closer. "Alexianna!?, Where are you!?" The voice was so close now. The closet door opened slowly. " NO, NO, PLEASE!!" I was so scared. "Alexianna it's fine we are not here to hurt you."

I had fallen and crawled away backward facing the voice. "P-please I didn't do a-anything!" "Alex look at me!" The voice turned the light on.
The voice was a cop.

I couldn't stop crying. He ran towards me and started to hug me, to calm me down. "Alex, it's ok to calm down."
Y-y-you, I thought you k-kidnapped
m-me. I didn't know where I was!" I struggled to say.

"Alex, it's ok to come here." He helped me get up. I was shaking badly. I laid down in the bed for what felt like forever. I finally caught my breath and said.

"Where are my parents". He looked at me weirdly. " What, what is it?" I said very confusedly. "Nothing but I have a few questions first." He said calmly. "Wait, what's your name?" I said stopping him from talking.

"It's Matthew" "Ok continue Matthew."
"Ok, do you remember anything from the night you passed out?" He asked curiously. "No," I said very quickly. "Alexianna you can't lie to me." He said upset. "What do you mean!? I am not lying!" I said very mad and scared.

"Ok I am gonna come back later," Matthew said frustrated. He walked out. I really hope I don't get in trouble.
