I finished our project and it took half an hour. Our food arrived just in time as well. I prepared the food for us at the table, I'm too lazy to use the dining table.
"You shouldn't have" Alexis said, looking shy.
"You're my guest, dinner is on me" I told him to assure him that there is nothing to be shy about.
"I got to admit, you really know how to impress your guest" he said while unwrapping the foil of the food.
"Glad to know that I impressed you" I told him and gave a smile "Now let's dig in, making me type that project is tiring plus I haven't eaten anything before and after practice" I added.
We ate in silence, I stole some glance at Alexis even eating he looks perfect. The way he chew, the way he swallow and the way he drinks, He is really perfect.
I tried to smack my brain to dismiss what I just think. Fuck! He really wants me to go crazy over him!
Brain: You asshole! Alexis doesn't know that he is making you crazy!
Me: Shut the fuck up brain! You want me to smack you again?!
Brain: Go ahead and try! But you know, falling for him is inevitable!
Me: Go somewhere else you are irritating me! Leave me alone!
Brain: I'm you dimwit!
I smack my head to get my other self to leave my thoughts and by the looks of it I smack myself literally.
"Are you okay Geo? Is something bothering you?" I think I caught Alexis' attention.
"I'm okay, just a little headache. Other than that I'm good" I answer.
After eating Alexis didn't let me do the dishes because he was concerned about my 'made up headache' so I let him. While I was sitting at the sofa, my cellphone vibrated.

I know you are upset, but we need to go early you, Josh, Sophie and Desiree are at the same route, while freak and I are at the opposite area.
I know it sounds crazy but, I can go get her tomorrow. I could have said yes to her earlier. My mouth just said what I said, damn! Alexis is already affecting me.

I really feel guilty! My attention went back to Alexis.
"Hey, I think we're done for today. I should go" Alexis said and grabbing his bag "Thank you for the meal, it was thoughtful of you" he said, again with that smile of his. I think he should go, his presence is affecting my mind too much as it is.
