I was taking Madison to get X-Rays of her arm. Jay was with me.
"Mommy, I scawed" Madison looked at me "What if it's boken?"
"Sweetie, you'll be fine" I looked at her "Maybe if it's broken you won't have to wear the cast for a while like I did with my arm"
"I'm not worried about the cast.." She said
"Babe, she's scared of the saw they use to take it off" Jay said
"I don't want that neaw my awm" She cried "I-It could cut my awm off. And I not even in school. I caint wite"
"Honey it'll be okay" I said
The doctor walked in
"Well, Madison..." Dr. Carson said "Your arm is broken"
She started crying more
"But, you'll only have to wear the cast for 8 weeks" He spoke "Now, what color would you like your cast?"
"Wat c-color do you hive?" Madison asked
"We have Pink, purple, red, blue, green, and orange"
"Pink" Madison smiled, still crying
"Why don't we get you wrapped up" Dr. Carson got everything out that he needed
