"Oh, this is different," Faith gasps.
Simon chuckles, she feels him slow down the influx in data.
Blinking her eyes, she keeps seeing things in her peripheral vision. It confuses her.
Relax, it's okay. Just allow the information, don't force yourself too see. Feel it.
The shock is clearly written on her face. She wonders if it works both ways.
It does.
"This is so different, it takes getting used to."
"I can imagine." Carefully Simon ends the interface.
She moves fast and hugs the blond android.
"Thank you. Thank you so much for making this happen."
She starts sobbing in the android's shoulder.
"You're welcome. Now, let's see if you can move around without losing your footing."
He helps Faith from the table, stabilising her until she is in balance again.
She looks at the other two androids in the room.
"Thank you Devon for doing this, even when it is experimental."
"Of course. If I may? I'm curious. But only if you can, don't push yourself. You might be healed, but it might take a bit to truly recover."
Faith smiles and holds up her hand, Simon keeps supporting her.
"Be slow with the influx of data. Her brain processes differently." Simon advices.
Devon touches Faith's hand, she feels how he slowly lets her in, feels him registering the difference in how their bodies work. Fascination.
Don't use this information for regular humans, they are more fragile and might not survive what we did today.
Devon disconnect and nods. "Thank you." She smiles tiredly.
"Markus, is there still a bloodbag in there?"
He nods and gives her one. She drinks it, feeling less exhausted.
"I might need to sleep for a bit. Maybe I feel better when Connor gets back later tonight."
Simon keeps supporting her until she is layed down on her bed.
"Quick question, can you detect that I have these chips in me?"
"Only when we scan you. We don't know about Connor, he is more advanced."
She nods and closes her eyes. Before Simon is out the door she is fast asleep.
"I hope Connor reacts positive to this." Markus says as he hugs his boyfriend close.
"He might be confused, but she'll explain before he freaks out. I hope."
