Somebody comes over, punching the dude that has his arms wrapped around me.

Grabbing my wrist and pulling me into the unknown man's chest, I don't even get a good look at him. I am however thankful, because I was about to pull out my gun.

The man then pushes me behind him, whilst fighting- punching the man from the bar.

They're both wearing the same type of mask, yet it's easy to tell them apart by their style. I decide that I overstayed my welcome.

Meaning... I got the fuck outta the bar.

I look at my wrist, panicking. A countdown has now started, 58, 57, 56.

Somebody grabs my left arm and turns me around. It's the guy who stopped the bar creep.

"Yah! You can't just walk out like that! I thought you got hurt!" He talk-yells to me.

Im secretly counting in my head. 50, 49, 48.

"Are you paying attention? W-wait... You're not actually hurt, are you?" He says and tries touching my face.

I push away his hand, from my face.

41, 40, 39.

He's gonna become hostile if I don't respond, so I flicker my eyes from the ground into his dark brown orbits. I can only look into his eyes, he's still wearing a mask.

"W-what? I-Im fine." I stutter out. 42, 41, 40-

"Are you sure? You didn't look very comfortable... Especially when he tried to hurt you." The man says.

I only realise his light locks now, but I still can't help but let out a snicker. He looks confused at me "That wouldn't happen." I say, forgetting about the timer.

"Why not?" He asks.

"He'd be dead before getting a proper look at me." I say.

"What?" I can see his eyes darken.

I glance at my timer quickly. 24, 23, 22, 21, 20.

I furrow my eyebrows and curse at myself in my head.

"You believe me?" I ask smiling. He brightens up "I could basically see your eyes darken! Creepy!" I say.

"Are you drunk?" He asks, looking into the ground, his voice flat.

His voice just flatlined. A shiver runs down my spine.

10, 9, 8, 7.

6 people come piling out of the club, "The hacker's supposed to be here!" An orange-headed male says. My eyes widen.

"Shit." I say, all attention now on me. 3, 2.

Me and the stranger tug harshly at each other's masks and pulls out guns, aiming at each other's heads.

We lock eyes. A red light flashes from both of our right wrists. 0. Beep Beep. Beep Beep. The light blinks a red tone and you can almost imagine the sound of an alarm clock going off.

"Fuck." We both say aloud.

I grab my mask and get the fuck out of there, hearing footsteps and yells behind me.
