Alec and Jane looked at me, mortified.
"Woah..." gasped Alec.
I nodded, unable to say anything. That flashback just confirmed to me that I was a souless monster. A knock on the door broke the uncomfortable silence.
"Come in." I murmured.
Demetri came in, a little shocked to see our solemn mood, but shrugged it off.
"The masters have a mission for us."
I nodded and stood up, followed by my siblings. Demetri awkwardly stood to the side as we proceded to the throne room. Two vampires opened the double doors for us s we walked into the marble filled room.
"Master, you have a mission for us?" I asked after bowing.
"Indeed, dear Aria. I need you to convince a vampire to join the Volturi. He goes by the name of Coleman and he has a wonderful gift of invisibility. You shall find him in England, the place where you where raised."
I stiffened, but nodded, walking out the door and outside, to the outskirts of Volterra. Since it was cloudy, we didn't have to put on a cloak. England. The place that holds many good and bad memories.
