~NO ONES POV~
The two boys opened the door to the roof, the cold air biting at their noses without any delay. As they gazed out onto the skyline their eyes were met with lit up skyscrapers and bright stars. The busy cars of the city seemed to dance along the roads filling the stage that was Seoul itself. The two sat on the edge of an electrical box protruding from the top of the building.
Yoongi dug in his left pocket for something unbeknownst to Jimin. The elder slid his hand out.
It was empty.
He then tried the other pocket and when he removed his hand from his jeans, a crumpled piece of paper followed.
"What's that?" Jimin asked in a small, confused voice.
"Ah... this," the owner handed over his possession to the shorter male, "They're lyrics, I want you to read them."
"Tell me what you think, but then you have to tell me what happened that day in the practice room." Yoongi mentioned while surveying the other as he flattened out the paper.
Jimin read the lyrics, then he read them again, and again, and again one last time before folding the masterpiece in fourths and holding it to his chest. He thought maybe if he held it there long enough the lyrics and the paper they were written on would melt right into his chest, right into his heart.
"It's beautiful Hyung. It's perfect." And with that statement alone, Yoongi cried.
His face tilted up to the sky as his tears fell ever so delicately. He didn't shake or choke out sobs, he just released his built up emotions as he felt the pain and sorrow roll down his cheeks and fall onto the ground.
"When I was in 6th grade there were two boys who would bully me about my weight," Jimin started, "Every single day I got teased, they would call me fat or chubby. They said I should work at a zoo because then I would be where all the other elephants are." Yoongi turned to look at him.
"I hated it, I hated school. It was my own personal hell." he took a breath preparing for the words that were to come.
"One day I was doing my homework and when I flipped a page in by textbook I got a paper cut. It was the most pain I had ever felt, I thought I was going to die." Jimin choked out a pained laugh.
Here goes nothing.
"When I get an injury, no matter how small it is, it hurts. The more self doubt, bottled up emotions and internal conflict I have, the worse injuries hurt." Jimin stopped and looked to Yoongi checking for any clues to his response. He didn't know how the elder world react. He didn't even know if Yoongi would believe him, but all his worry had vanished when he was pulled into a hug.
The two just sat there, finding comfort in the others display of true affection. It wasn't that the whole world had stopped in its tracks, no, it was that it disappeared entirely. The only thing that remained was a blanket that was the sky embroidered with stars. It kept them safe as they let themselves be vulnerable. Nothing more needed to be said because all their emotions were there, right in front of them, protected by trust and honesty.

After being left by the two shortest members everyone went into the living room, still trying to process what had just happened.
"So... uh... what should we do now?" Seokjin asked.
