Chapter 3: a new mission?

Okay so I decided to change brandy's fiancés name to Marcus just cause I felt like it. okay back to the story

I jumped out of bed since my phone was ringing. I couldn't remember where I had put it and it was very loud. I threw everything around trying to find it frantically until I did.

"Hello?!" I said through the phone, not bothering to look at the ID.

"Hey Hun, how's it going? I miss you!" Marcus said. I had just saw him last night since I snuck out but I missed him too.

"I miss you too." I said.

"When are you gonna sneak out again?" he said. I smirked.

"I'm not sure. maybe I'll keep you waiting....." I said. Suddenly I heard knocks at the door.

"Babe, I gotta go. call you later! love you!" I said then hung up walking to the door. I opened it and saw my uncle, Tony, standing there.

"Yes?" I said.

"Fury needs to talk to you." he said.

"Can I atleast get changed?" I asked.

"Yes, but i would hury." I sighed and motioned for him to come in. He sat on my bed while I went Into the bathroom and got changed. I put on some jeggins with a red top and black heels. I brushed my hair leaving it in it's natural style and walked out of the bathroom.

"How do I look?" I asked him.

"Perfect." he said.

"Why, thank you." I replied. We then walked out of my room and started towards Fury's office.

"I got you something, well I made it for you but that doesn't matter." he said. He then pulled out a necklace from his pocket. I stopped walking and he put it over my head onto my neck. It was a necklace of a fist with a gun and an arrow on it. I think they represented my parents.

"Thank you! I love it!" I told him.

"It was nothing, it also has a tracker in it just in case." he said.

"Well I love it!" I told him. I motioned my hand for us to keep walking and he nodded. We finally reached fury's office and we walked in not caring to knock.

"You called for us?" I asked. He turned around in his chair looking furious per usual.

"Yes. I have called you both here because I have a mission for you two." he said. That was confusing, what could he have for a mission?

"I need you to recruit some people, a team actually. Agent Barton you do the talking, Stark you protect her if anything happens." he said. what was supposed to happen? Yeesh go ahead and put me in danger Fury.

"Where are we going exactly?" I asked him.

"The coordinates are on the jet." We started to walk out before we were stopped.

"And Barton, don't be afraid to use your charm." he said. I then walked out giggling as I went.

"My charm?" I said aloud and laughed so hard I thought I was going to pee.

"Where in the world could we be going?" I asked. Tony just shrugged.

"Wait! I thought you could hulk up. Why do you need protection?" He asked.

"Some years ago, something happened making me lose my power to do that. End of story, you can hear it another time but I'm not ready for story time yet." I told him. he nodded and walked on the jet. I got into the drivers seat and looked at the coordinates. We were going to the Baxtar building, where the.......fantastic four lived?

"Ugh!! You and Johnny will get along nicely, I don't know why Fury wants them I already assessed them as not a threat." I said aloud. When they first started out I was sent to watch them an decide whether or not they were a threat.

"I guess we better go and figure it out then." he said. I then started the engines and went off to new york.
