Summer Love

Chapter 1

"Mom I can't find my hair brush."

Ive been searching for 15 minutes and I still cant find it. "I already packed it in." She could have told me that a while ago.

"Lets go Jones family."

Finally, were off to our vacation house. "Fifteen more minutes." I can't wait till we're finally there. We are staying in our vacation house for from three weeks, from Christmas al the way to past new year. Its going to be so fun, swimming in the sea, going on outrides with the horses, hopefully meeting new people so that I dont have to be alone with my brother the whole time. "Jej! We're finally here!" Three and a half hours later, and finally at our vacation house.

"Ben, Alice come help me unpack."

That's my dad Grant, Ben is my twin brother and Alice is me. "Yes dad." We helped my dad pack all the stuff in the car away and I took a shower and went to bed. I was so tired I slowly drifted away into a deep sleep. The next day I woke up at nine, when I looked outside a smile formed on my face, because it was hot and sunny outside, finally vacation has begun. "Good morning daddy." I walk up to him and he gives me a hug. "Good morning sweet heart." He hugs me and gives me a kiss on my fore head. I walk to the stove and turn the kettle on. "Dad, how late are we going to the beach?" My dad thought for a few seconds and answered.

"About ten oclock. So, eat and get dressed."

I smile and go to my bedroom. I pull my bikini and feel an excitement that rushed through me, I was so excited to finally go to the beach and swim in the sea. "Lets go Jones!" I run to my room and get my towel and rush back outside. We climb on our quads and ride to Rays. When we climb off I recognise the two quads that are parked in the parking lot of Rays. "Dad, isnt that Markus and Zains quads?" Markus and Zain are the suns of one of our friends that also have a house here. "Yes, they told us to meet us here." I nod my head and grab the boogie boards and walk to the beach. "Amanda! Hello!" Thats my mom's friend, Carly. "Hello everyone." I walk and say hello to Carly and her husband Ethan, then I see their two boys, Zain the oldest one, and Markus the youngest one. "Hey." Zain always says it so weird. "You wanna go swim? O, we met people here." I put everything on the ground and pull my shirt and pans off and walk to the sea.

"Who did you meet?"

He points his finger to the boy in the sea. "Hey Ray. Meet my friend Alice, the boy over there is Ben her brother." When he turned around my eyes went bigger. I pulled Zain to one side. "Why didnt you tell me your friend is so hot?" He laughed and swam back to Ray. I shook my head and swam to them. "You look familiar. Have we may be met before?" I froze for a minute when Ray asked me if we have met before, now that I think about it he looks kind of familiar. "Maybe, you do look a bit familiar to me, where do you live?" That wasnt a weird question at all. "In Nelspruit, you?" Wait I live in Nelspruit, maybe I do know him. "Nelspruit, tell me where you go during the week maybe I know from seeing you somewhere, except for school, I do home-schooling." Its a long story. I really hope I have seen him before. "Well except for school, my churches name is Pneuma." Wait what. "Thats my church." Im not just saying that it really is. He nods his head and dives under a wave, we start to go deeper where the waves are bigger and stronger.

After two hours we climbed out and walked to the swimming pool. Me, Zain, Markus, Ray and my twin brother climbed out of the pool and went to my parents. My parents new Ray's parents for a few years even though they werent friends. "Hey Ben, I'll see you tomorrow?" He nodded and walked to the quads, because we had to go. When we got home I was so excited to see Ray again tomorrow, he told us he'll see us tomorrow at the beach so, Ill be there, I mean we will be there, thats totally what I meant. When we got home I couldnt stop thinking about Ray, I don't know why it's so stupid I barley know the guy, I guess I'll figure it ou when I see him tomorrow.
