Chapter 1 : The beginning of the incident

After the afternoon class, Pang Xia packed up his books, ready to leave as usual, Xu Wei, a second generation from a wealthy family came over and reached out to stop him.

"Why, Pang Xia? I told you that today is my birthday. I'll treat you, why are you leaving?"

Pang Xia thought of it for a moment, with a fair and glowing skin, full of youthful energy, asked Xu Wei: "Will I have to give you a birthday present, ah?

"Gift?" Xu Wei gave a slight glimpse, followed by a look of expectation. "Of course, you have to give me a gift. What gift are you going to give me?"

He didn't expect for Pang Xia to come up with this sentence: "I won't go."

After talking to Xu Wei who is speechless, when the whole class was still in daze, he turned and walked out of the classroom. He ran out to the window where there is still people standing by the window and shouted: "Pang Xia, you are super cheapskate! A poor ghost from the countryside!"

He shouted to Pang Xia who is standing by the concrete path while showing his 'middle finger 'to Pang Xia.

Pang Xia looked at the window and watch Xu Wei. He was too lazy to concern about him. How exactly is he from countryside? What's wrong being stingy? Who is going to attend a birthday party, he still has to go to work, I'm not from America and I have no time to fool with this rich second generation!

The place where Pang Xia works is a bar. The singer in the bar is a acquaintance of Pang Xia. He is called Gao Yang. He is very good looking, with a neutral beauty and pure looks. Every day when he sings, there are several young girls shouted at their male god.

Gao Yang heard that Pang Xia needs a job to earn his living expenses, and he introduced him to the manager .At first Pang Xia was not too happy about it, because of his country boy's value. The bar was a place where dragons and snaked (fig. a mix of good people and scumbags) were mixed, not suitable for his college student's status. But Gao Yang says, that bar is a bit different. It is where the rich people come and there are stable with a good connection. They will not make any trouble for Pang Xia and many apply for this position because of this. This is just merely a coincidence where the worker quit this job and the bar is short in staff. The bar is highly popular to go to and the manager thinks highly of him when he heard that he (GY) wanted to introduce him (PX) therefore he agreed to see him.

After the manager sees him, He found out that Pang Xia is very clever, do not talk too much, very diligent and careful in his work. So he agreed to let him come and help him at night. Pang Xia saw that the bar ambience and environment is very good, the bar décor is exquisite and elegant and the working hours is short. The wages that offered to him was high, so he agreed.

The bar was divided to two shifts, afternoon and evening. The bar will open after 12 at noon and will closed before 10 in the evening. At first Pang Xia feels a bit strange but later feel it is right for him because he starts at 11 o'clock. In fact, Pang Xia doesn't know that when the bar closed at 10 o'clock, only some part of the staff was off from the work　　

When Pang Xia arrived at 6 o'clock, he changed his clothes and he went straight to work after Bai Ban handover the work to him. Pang Xia thinks the rich people are different. He had his hand full while serving them their expensive wine, he feel his hand would snap like wood because of constantly serving them their drinks.

However the bar is not that busy because it is not in its peak hour. If the bar is not busy, Pang Xia will use this time to make a trip to the toilet everyday to seek out Gao Yang. The reason is...Gao Yang has food in his room!
