KJ walked down a back alley way, her friend Psycho at her side. KJ looked over to her wondering why they were their. The alley looked like it lasted forever, never ending. They walked down the alley as things started to turn black. Psycho grabbed KJ's wrist not to get seperated. They came out another end as they shielded their eyes from the sun. Their eyes started to adjust to the sudden change of lighting. "Whoa...," KJ mumbled amazement at what she saw while Psycho was just...speechless. A flock of pterodactyls flew across the sky. Brachiosauruses lifted their heads over the trees and bellowed. KJ walked over to the edge of the cliff side. Psycho grabbed the back of KJ's white sweater worried that she may fall. KJ looked back at her and smiled trying rensuring her. Psycho pulled Kala from the edge "We need to find a way out or something to eat," She said looking at KJ. "We can just go ou-" she stopped seeing the way they came in from...was gone. Psycho looked in the direction which she came from and froze. Kala turned hearing the roar of a giant creature in the distance. "We need to find a place for the night" Kala stated turning back to Psycho. "I'll find the food" she said before turning and running off but not too far. Kala reached out wanting to stay together but couldn't say a word. She took in a breath and started to look for a cave of some sorts. She found a tall wide Red Wood tree. The inside was hallow a den filled with giant webs. She heard a chatter as a giant spider crawled down the webs. Kala ran off not looking back, she found another tree the same but without the giant roomate. "Psy over here!" she called out but got no response. Worried thoughts entered her mind 'what if'...'what if'...'What...if...' Psycho soon came out a berry in her mouth and even more in her arms. Kala let out a sigh of relief and grabbed some berries. Kala dug a little hole with my foot and she gave the berries back to Psycho. Kala took off her under shirt since she had two plus a sweater since it was fall, near winter before they came here but now it feels like summer. She put the shirt into the hole and started to put the berries inside and wrapped it for protection. "This should last us about...a week?" "Maybe?" Kala question herself tilting her head. Psycho found a rock on the ground picking it up examining it. "Maybe..." Psycho mumbled to herself before leaving. Kala didn't stop her but followed picking up a rock along the way. They found a small tree, thin but not bad. Psycho looked at the rock and slammed the sharp edge into the trees side. The tree groaned tilting over a bit. Kala took a swing at it and it toppled to its side. Psycho striped it of bark while Kala kept cutting at the base tring to free it from its base. Once done they dragged the tree home, Psycho started to hack at the tree her rock breaking in the process. Kala had gave Psycho her the rock she had and found a newer one soon after. Kala was making something, Psycho is cutting wood for a fire. As the sun started to set they had a fire going and a small fort in front of the tree's opening. Psycho checked on Kala wondering what she had been up too. "Kala?" She called into the home. "Yes?" A voice called back. "What are you doing?" Psycho asked walking inside. "Just a few tools" "Axe,bow, so on" Kala said finishing up a arrow. "Dinner is ready" Psycho came closer to her. "I'll be out in a sec" Kala called, Psycho nodded knowing Kala couldn't see it. It was very dark in the room so she lit a candle before leaving. Kala came out just as promised.
