THIRTEEN

Taehyung was at the hospital waiting for Jennie to be done with surgery. It turns out the glass was deeper than they expected and very small pieces could go into the bloodstream and harm her so he stayed overnight waiting for her to recover.
Taehyung felt wrong for leaving Jimin and having to ignore him but Jennie wanting him to stay and he didn't want to be mean to his friend so he stayed but still sending texts once in a while.

Taehyung was only thinking of Jimin and what he did. So he left not even caring to tell Jennie or a nurse. On his way out he dialled his boyfriends' number luckily he didn't have to wait long for him to answer.

"Tae What happened I thought you were at the hospital taking care of Jennie?" Jimin was confused on why Taehyung was calling "Where are you I want to go somewhere with you" Taehyung was planning to do something romantic to say sorry for leave Jimin and choosing his best friend over him "I'm at an ice rink Jungkook took me here to make me feel better" Taehyungs heart broke hearing that. Did he really hurt him that badly. "Ok text me the address I'm on my way" Jimin replied with an "Okay" and hung up.

Jimin told Jungkook that Taehyung was coming to pick him up so they put their stakes away and walked outside the building. Jimins small hand still holding Jungkooks larger hand Jungkook aways made fun at how small he and his hand were compared to him it use to made Jimin pissed but now he smiles at the jokes finding to humour in it. Jimin saw Taehyungs car coming so he let go of Jungkooks hand and walked up to the car.

Taehyung ran out of his car and embraced his boyfriend "I'm sorry I left you and was an asshole to you and a barely texted or called you I-" Taehyung was cut off by Jimins soft lips on his he put his hands on Jimin waist "it's okay babe I'm sorry for being stupid and didn't come and help you when your friend was going to the hospital I'm mean if Jungkook has to go to the hospital I would expect you to come with me" Taehyung stared at Jimin as he rambled with the most love and care and Jungkook saw the way the boy was staring at his best friend making the biggest smile appeared on his face.

"You said you wanted to take me somewhere?" Jimin smiled making his eyes disappear a little "hop in the car and I'll show ya" Taehyung return a smile. Jimin looked at Jungkook almost for permission to go he nodded making Jimin squeal and ran in the car.

Taehyung let Jimin choose the music cause he still felt guilty for what he did and Jimin didn't disappoint he played Troye Sivan and some Charlie Puth saying that Jungkook wouldn't stop playing him and now he likes some songs of his. Taehyung got to the place where their date is going to be which was his house "sorry where back here I couldn't do much planning so um ya" Taehyung played with the rings on his fingers in embarrassment making Jimin giggle he left the car and walked to the door his boyfriend followed slowly he grabbed the keys and unlocked the door he found all the glass was cleaned up and some wine on the counter in the kitchen and a small box with a bow on it he went to go grab it but was stopped "not yet we still have a lot to do first" Taehyung back hugged the older boy "and I still have to tell you something" he cuddles in his boyfriend's neck smelling his cologne. Jimin grabs the wine and Taehyung grabs the box and they make their way to the living room and put on a movie.

After a couple of glasses they were both drunk "Tae can I open the box now" Jimin slurs "sure baby" Taehyung hiccups starting to drift off. Jimin opens the box to see a necklace with a rose gold heart on it and a note that said

let's keep going for a long time. I only have you Jimin

Jimin was crying he quickly put on the necklace and cuddled in his lovers' arms "Taehyung" Jimin looked up to see his boyfriend asleep he cooed and straddle him poking his cheeks. After a minute of Jimin kissing and poking his cheek, Taehyung woke up slightly soberer and saw the necklace and Jimin and also saw the position they were in and blushed and covered his face with his has. Jimin let out a laugh "Tae I have to tell you something" Jimin played with the end of Taehyungs shirt he looked his boyfriend right in the eyes "I love you" tears started to form on Taehyungs eyes "I love you too" they start a kiss but this one filled with only love and passion for each other and they fall asleep with Jimin still straddling Taehyung and smiles on both their faces.
