• Tuesday •Should I give 'the other way' a name now, seeing as it's become more important?
Tuesday 8:32 am
As expected, he was there.
I had picked up another flower today.
How many times would I relive this week, learn more about him, watch the way his mint blue hair falls across his forehead.
I've never went back to the same day more than twice.
It was my birthday a few months ago and so I relived the day two times just so I could open up my present all over again and watch the anticipation spread across my family's smiles.
I'm grateful I can go back.
Back to the times I love so I can cherish them all over again.
It's like watching a movie for the first time and loving it, to then watch it all over again and appreciate it more because the first time you had missed so much without realising.
Some people don't see the beauty in a day.
But I do.
I was looking right at him.

I used my tip-toes to slide onto the stall one away from where he sat.
Just like yesterday.
The only difference was, today he actually lifted his head at the sound of me fidgeting to get comfy on the stall that was too high for my legs.
I looked over to receive an unexpected smile from one seat across.
I hadn't noticed before, maybe because this was the first time I had actually seen him smile, that his smile was so beautiful.
His teeth were small and showed some gum as they peaked through the gaps in his lips.
I just wanted to take a mental image in my head and print it out of my heart.
It was a simple smile that lasted no longer than 2 seconds, yet I felt time slow around me.
The crowds became individual people. The cars no longer queued, just waited. My heart slowed to a near stop.
Then time sped back up again.
Heat flushed to my cheeks and I quickly smiled back before looking straight ahead, to where I once stood gazing...in a different time.
"You're back." He stated. His voice was brighter this time than what I had remembered.
"So are you." I replied with a sheepish smile.
Of course, I knew he would be.
"I don't usually see people stop and sit down anymore." He gave a breathy chuckle before continuing to tap his pen.
Even the tapping of the pen itself sounded like a song, one I would want to play on repeat as if it was my first time hearing.
"But you do." I looked over at him.
"Yeah, I guess I do." He smiled, that gummy smile again.
I'm strict when it comes to time travel. I have rules for myself that I can't break.
To be careful not to effect too many people around me and to be careful not to make mistakes.
I need to be reminded of that second rule.
"Do you come here everyday, to tap your pen?" I joke.
His hand became aware of his habit and halted, preventing the wooden table from anymore damage.
He laughed nervously light.
"Why? Do you come here everyday to watch me tap my pen?"
Passing the joke back onto me, he tilted his head in a patient wait for a response.
"Maybe...but you've stopped now so I guess it's my time to leave."
I pretend to get up from my stall.
"Wait-"
"Yes?" I replied, raising an eyebrow and looking back at him.
"What's your name?"
I had a feeling he would ask that.
"Tuesday."
I lied. It's Jin Ae.
My mum told me that she named me Jin Ae because it meant 'Truth'.
Which is funny because I lied about my name.
Not intentionally, just because it isn't the right time yet. Maybe when I relive this Tuesday again I'll tell him my real name.
"Really? That's different. Today's Tuesday." He stated, almost shocked at the timing.
"Yes, it is."
I lingered my words knowingly, for comedic effect.
Continuing to get up from my stall, for real this time, I looked back at him and watched the confusion grow on his face.
"My names Min Yoongi." He stated.
Crap. He wasn't meant to tell me his name just yet.
The whole reason I didn't ask was because I didn't want to have too much information that I could accidentally say in a timeline where this hasn't happened.
Too late now.
A small smile showed on my face.
"Well, Min Yoongi, it was nice to see you tap your pen today." I joke again as my feet start to turn, ready to walk down the street.
"Aren't you staying?" He questioned with obvious display of his thoughts.
It was as if he had almost forgotten that I could see his face.
"You asked me to wait so you could hear my name, not for me to stay." I smiled with my cheeks, bowing similarly to the previous day and began my walk down the street.
I heard him laugh slightly and could feel his gaze in my back.
